445 Call From Oak
"WO… Wo… Woooooo…."
Sirens were ringing all around the Kanto League. It was a sign that the city was in danger. Axel didn't know what was happening. Everything happened suddenly. The people started to panic and they started to run everywhere.
'Red, your predictions are scary.', he thought and ran towards Lance and Dragon.
"What is happening? Do you have any idea?", asked Axel.
"It is a Pokemon tide.", said Dragon.
"What is the rank? Do you know?", asked Axel.
"No, it is still early to say. The tide would arrive in the Kanto League within 10-15 days. We should be prepared for it.
I will go to the league and ask about the situation. You be ready. Lance, you also be ready. We must defend this place. If Kanto league falls, humanity will receive a serious blow.", said Dragon and started to run toward the gate.
Hector had also come by the time Dragon left.
"Sir, what are your orders?", asked Hector.

"We have 1000 family members in the Kanto league. 900 of them are trainers, 700 could fight in the tide and 600 of them have at least 1 pseudo-king rank Pokemons."
"Those are good stats. That would help us a lot. I want to form an alliance with your family and my team members. Can I talk that with you?", asked Axel.
He was not sure if he should talk to Dragon or Agatha about it. What was why he asked for Agatha's location?
"Yes, in the time of need, I can lead my family members. Tell me what are you thinking of.", said Clair.
Lance was also powerful but he was not as mature as Clair. He had not handled family business and he had no experience. So, Clair was the best choice right now.
"Ok, let's talk. Hector. Tell our team to get ready. If the Pokemons need some healing, tell them to do it. There would be no training from now on. Discuss the traps that we can use and give me your full proof plan.

Hector gave a salute and said, "Yes sir!!!"

The room looked like a meeting room but it was small. It seemed to be well protected as the room was made out of some unusual substances.
"We are safe here. Now tell me what do you want to talk about?"
"With your 700 members, we are now 7,000 strong people. That would not be enough. Do you know any other families or organizations that could join us in the tide?", asked Axel.
"What are you planning?", asked Clair.
"I want to protect and be responsible for the entire zone. So, I need a lot of trainers and soldiers to do that."
"Axel that would be simply impossible. This is not Burbos town. Kanto league is at least 10 times larger than Burbos town. So, even if we collect all the allies and even if they agree, we cannot make up that number."
Axel had around 30,000 soldiers in the north zone when he was the zone commander. With a simple estimation and Kanto league being 10 times larger, Axel would need around 3,000,000 team members which was simply not possible.
He wanted to be responsible for the entire zone cause if he did that, he would not have to follow any orders. He didn't like to follow orders. He could not guarantee the safety of his team members if he followed anyone.
"Clair, call all the allies and tell them to be with us in the tide. I will also call for Venu family members who are here in the Kanto league. There must be some of them here.
About the required trainers, I will make some arrangements.", said Axel and started to call Angela first.

"Angela, I am in a pinch here. Kanto League is facing the tide. How many members do we have in the Kanto league right now?", asked Axel. He got straight to the point.
"I know, I just heard. Axel, as a starter family, we are required to have some members in the Kanto league too. We have 1,000 Venu family members there. All of them have elemental rank Pokemons, and around 800 of them have pseudo-king rank Pokemons. 3 of them also have king rank Pokemons."
That was a strong lineup. 3 of the trainers had king rank Pokemons. Venu family was stronger than Lance family.
"Why have not heard of this before?"
"It is a long story. Let's not get into that."
"Can I use them for the tide?", asked Axel.
"Yes of course. Axel, you are now an elder. You have the right. Besides, I would feel much safer, if they were with you.", said Angela.
Axel didn't waste any time and asked for their contacts. He called the leader but he was busy in the same meeting that Dragon had gone to. So, he called another one who had 2 king rank Pokemos and told them to come to Lance's premises for further discussion.
He then called Oak.

"Oh hello Axel. How are you this fine morning? I heard that you are not having a good day.", said Oak with a laugh.
"Oak, this is serious. You also must have heard about it. First of all, where is Red? I want to talk to him. Can he come here in Kanto league?", asked Axel.
"Red is doing a job and no, he cannot come there right now. What help do you need this time?", asked Oak.

Dragon was in the meeting with the league itself. Most of the prominent families had come here to know what the hell was going on. A Venu family member was also there.
The leader of the Kanto League was also there. But the main leader was not in the Kanto region right now. If the main leader was here, there would not be been any problems cause the main leader was very strong.
They were waiting for the grade of the tide and finally, one of the soldiers came and gave a letter to one of the leaders of the league.
The leader picked up the letter and started to read….
"Hmm.. Oh, this is downright horrible.", said the man.
"Spill it out. What is the level of the tide?", asked one of the other men.
"It is a disaster-level tide."
"Seriously!!! Where is Charles right now? He must be here right?", asked Dragon.
"He is. He can deal with Champion rank Pokemons but we don't know how many Champion rank Pokemon he would face. It is just not a normal disaster-level tide, it is an A grade disaster level tide.
The east will be facing A grade disaster level tide.
The west will be facing a B grade high level tide.
The north would be facing a A grade mid level tide.
And the south would also be facing an A grade mid level tide.
These ranks could go up but I hardly believe that it would. So, what are your plans to deal with it? Any suggestions?", asked the leader of the Kanto League.
"You are the league. You tell us!!!", shouted a man. He was from Zard family.
"Hey, this is not the time to fight. I am just asking for suggestions. That is all."
These men and women started to ramble and talk for hours. No one could agree on anything. This was politics but the time was coming near.

A tide can be classified into 5 levels.
1. Low-level
2. Mid-level
3. High-level
4. Disastrous level
5. Apocalypse level
Tide was called low level when the strongest Pokemon was from rare rank to elemental rank. In mid-level, the strongest Pokemon could be from Pseudo-king rank to King rank. At a high level, the strongest Pokemon would be a pseudo-champion rank. In the disastrous level, the strongest Pokemon would be in Champion rank and in the apocalypse level, the strongest Pokemon would be in master rank.
Every level had 3 grades. A, B, and C. C would have the lowest threat level while A would have the highest threat level.
For example, in low-level tide, grade C would only have 1 elemental ranked Pokemon and a total size of ten thousand Pokemon to fight.
Grade B would have multiple elemental rank Pokemons and the total size would be a hundred thousand.
However, Grade A would have multiple elemental ranks Pokemons. It may also have a newly ranked up Pseudo-king rank Pokemon, though the chances were very low. However, the total size of the Pokemons may be up to a million.
An A grade Disastrous level tide would be something indescribable. Millions and millions of wild Pokemon would participate in this tide. It might also cross a billion wild Pokemons but that was very rare.
"Wait.. Wait… wait…. Let's first decide who is going to lead the 5 zones.", said Dragon.
"Ok, let's decide that. What do you have in mind? Do you have anyone that you want to appoint?", said the leader of the Kanto league. His name was Gerad.
"I would want to appoint Axel Blaze as the General for the north base.", said Dragon.
"That would be crazy. He is a kid. Do you really think that he can handle that responsibility?", said the man who was from the Zard family.
"I believe that it would be good. Axel is a strong leader. He is young but he has proved himself.", said the man from the Venu family. His name was Kurt.
"Of course, you would think that it would be good. He is from Venu family.", roared the man from the Zard family.
As of right now, there are 10 men and 5 women in the meeting room. Everyone was influential. Some of them came from prominent families like Dragon, some of them were from famous organizations and there were also members from 3 starter families with the leader of the Kanto league.
They were the people who controlled the Kanto League.
"Ron, I don't think that we should think about rivalry at this time.", said Kurt.
"I am not. But you also must know that Axel is only 15 years old. Yes, he is a genius and yes he had handled such situations before but that was a small town and this is Kanto League.", said Ron.

There was a single phone in the middle of the table and it was ringing.

Gerad didn't pick up the call but put it on loud speaker.
"Hello", said Gerad.
"Oh hello, kid. How are you this fine morning?", came a voice.
"Oak, this is not the time to joke. Why have you called?", said Gerad.
"You are forgetting that you are not Romeo. You are his student. So don't talk with the tone with me.
If you do that the next time, I WILL COME TO YOUR KANTO LEAGUE AND DESTROY IT WITH MY CHARIZARD. I DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE HAVING A TIDE THERE!!!"
The temperature of the room came down in an instant. Even if Oak was millions of miles away, he could have that effect. He was the Pokemon master after all.
Gerad started to sweat cause he knew how crazy Oak was. He could not even speak for a few seconds.
