CHAPTER 7 – MY FIRST JOURNEY COMPANION

After Bunneary accepted, Celeste gave them the Potion she made with Chansey to drink.

I looked around in confusion for a few moments as I hugged my Pokémon and comforted them, but suddenly, I saw her, the most beautiful girl I had ever seen in my two lives.

She was small, yes, she looked like a loli, yes, but she was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen.

"Who are you?" – I asked unconsciously.

"That's right, my name is Celeste Joy and I'm the one who will become the best Pokémon nurse in the world" - Celeste said.

"You see, today is the beginning of my journey, but I wanted to go out and collect some herbs to make some Potions before leaving" – Celeste said.

"Yes, you can, but as I said, I'm going on a journey, so naturally there will be times when I'll have to camp outdoors or an emergency happens in the middle of nowhere, so I have to learn to be self-sufficient, that's why I decided to start today before I go" - Celeste said.

I know that's not something you'd ask a person you've just met, but... Misty and Ash also didn't know each other much in the anime and yet they ended up traveling together through Kanto, the Orange Islands and Johto, so obviously I also want a partner, besides, I like this girl, I want to try to captivate her.

"Be your journey companion?" - asked Celeste surprised.

"And once they were presented... let's go home, before embarking on our adventure, I have to say goodbye to my grandmother or else she will scold me" – Celeste said.

"Come on, by the way, are we very far from Viridian City?" – I asked curiously.

Since I had been unconscious for quite some time and had fallen into a river, I had no idea where I was and although I could have looked at my smartphone... the truth is that after getting wet I don't know if it will work, as far as Manaphy's egg is concerned, it was in very good conditions.

By the way, on the way I checked the status of my Smartphone/Pokédex and checked that it had not suffered any damage, which is surprising, but when Celeste saw me checking the Pokédex for any fault, she told me that the Pokédex were submersible and that they would not break just by a little water, apparently the Pokédex could dive up to 100 meters deep, then they would break.

15 minutes later we arrived without problems to Viridian City and I must say that it was a pretty nice city, also, as its name says, it was a city where many people lived and not like in the video game that there were 4 houses and that's it, here there were hundreds of houses, the good thing is that it was not a very big city, so it didn't take long for us to get to Celeste's house.
