Chapter 6: Dawn Attack End

-UNKNOWN FOREST(Night)-

In an open field, right under a big tree, stands a little Charmander. Under the night sky, Charmander's tail burns, brightening the surroundings. Little Charmander felt annoyed as it stared at the ugly Rattata that attacked it.

Looking at ugly Rattata across him, Eren felt annoyed because of getting hit by the same attack twice, and on top of that, he also crashed into the same damn tree. 

If it were before, when he was still at level 5, he'd probably would have been angry, but now, hehehe, it's a whole different story.

While Eren was looking at the ugly Rattata, he suddenly spotted a familiar figure behind it, getting ready to attack. 

Finding out who it is, he was speechless (does the whole family deal in sneak attacks?), but quickly became anxious and shouts out towards the figure. 

"Charr!!! (Stop!!!)"

The figure froze for a second, then proceeded again, but the ugly Rattata on the other side did not get hit, because in that split second the figure froze, ugly Rattata had already dodged. After dodging, it instantly attacks back with fast speed and bites down hard. 

Seeing the familiar figure get hurt, Eren couldn't help but feel a little bit of guilt, but quickly got rid of it as he ran towards ugly Rattata. 

Running towards the ugly Rattata, he quickly used an ember and spat out a large amount of flames from its mouth towards ugly Rattata.

 Having already seen this move, ugly Rattata smirks and easily dodges it, then runs away to flee, but before it could flee, a long rope flew towards it, tightly binding its feet.

Yes, it's the escape rope.

When Eren was thinking about why the escape rope could be used outside dungeons. He suddenly found out that he might have been overthinking it, cause duh, isn't the basic usage of a rope to tie something together, but because of being rudely interrupted by, you know who. He could not confirm his guess at that time.. So, isn't now a perfect time to test it out?

Struggling to get out of the escape rope, ugly Rattata opens its mouth and bites towards the rope that bound it. 

'Clang' 

A metallic sound was heard as its two long teeth, which could even bite through thick wood, were unable to penetrate the Escaped rope. Seeing that its attempt failed, it grew impatient and looked towards its feet.

'Spash' (+2 damage, Rattata current health 4/21)

Blood splattered as it bit into its leg, wanting to bite it off so he could escape.

Seeing this scene made Eren frown. While holding the escape rope, he slowly walks towards the ugly Rattata, and as he opens his mouth ready to launch an Ember and says. "Cha char charm cha mander (You're so ugly right now that you made me lose my appetite. So eating you is off my menu, by the way, say hello to your sneak attack son for me.)"

Listening to this, the ugly Rattata looked confused, probably not understanding what the charmander said, then grew angry as it started screaming furiously at Eren.

"Charman (Oh shut up)"

Saying this, Eren lets out a flame towards the ugly Rattata, engulfing it as it screams. 

Being engulfed in flames, the ugly Rattata did not give up and struggled even harder, trying to break free from the escape rope, but that did not improve its situation and only made it worse, speeding up its death date.

Ignoring the prompt that appeared, Eren turns around and walks towards the injured mother Rattata, who was standing a few metres away from him. 

Seeing Charmander walk towards her, she becomes vigilant and steps back, protecting her daughter behind her.

Looking at mother Rattata's vigilance, Eren stops. Sighing to himself, he summons a few Oran berries. Placing it on the ground, he walks away towards the dead Pokémon on the field. 

Picking and tying them together one by one, he left the open field and headed home towards his dark cave.

-10 minutes later-

The injured mother Rattata slowly walks up towards the Oran Berries as she sniffs them. Carefully picking one with her paw, she stares closely at it, then bites down.
