"Froakie has all the basic Abilities and skills, but I'll make it the strongest Pokémon ever" leo said with a smirk.

And the bond percentage was already at 100% due to the system, explaining why Froakie was so excited to see Leo.

Walking along the white tiles, it wasn't long before Leo exited the lab through the backdoor, what greeted him was not only the sunlight, but the huge field filled with Pokémon, there was even a small river leading out of the huge fence.

"Leo you are here" his thoughts were interrupted by a bulky middle aged man, this was leo's father, he was about a head taller than Leo, and definitely over 6'0.

"Father, are you surprised?" Leo said as he laughed, walking up to the man.

"You dumb kid, after so long, you finally made up your mind" his father laughed loudly with a bright smile.

"Of course old Man, I couldn't stand being in the house with you guys all day" Leo said jokingly.

His father gave him a huge hug before putting a hand on his shoulders " remember to make many friends, and gain strong pokemon, as this world is extremely dangerous and cruel, you can go now, don't waste your time with this old man" he laughed as he returned to interacting with the many Pokémon in the field.

"Wait kid, one last thing, don't forget to text us, and call home every week or else your mom will kill us both" he shouted once again before Leo could close the door.

"It might not be so bad to have a family after all" Leo said as he walked back through the hall and towards the main area.

"Is that ash-" Leo said as he noticed ash talking to Professor oak, with a pikachu on his head.

He looked pretty roughed up too after getting struck by pikachu.

"Ah Leo, there you are, come, here are your pokeballs " Professor oak called out to Leo after noticing him.

Leo didn't even question how his old man knew his name, he immediately walked up to Professor oak.

"Thank you Professor" he said before grabbing the 7 empty pokeballs and putting them in his bag.

"Hey, did you just get your first Pokémon too?" Ash shouted as he ran up to Leo, it was a weird scene since Leo was far much taller than ash.

"Yea I did, I see you didn't get one of the normal starters too" Leo said with a friendly smile.

"Ash had came late, and since there were no starters left, I had to hand him this pikachu" Professor oak said before ash could even talk.

"Is that so" Leo smiled.

Leo talked with ash and professor oak for a bit before leaving the lab, he already had everything he needed for the start of his journey.

He knew how annoying ash could get, and wasn't planning on traveling with ash, no way in hell.

Looking at the path in front, Leo started to think about where he would go next.
