"Hmm, your frog is quite strong" brock said as he pulled Geodude back, but his gaze soon became fierce as he tossed up another pokeball..
"Onix come out" Brock said.
Boom!!
An 8 meter long onix immediately landed on the stage, causing the rocks around to shake slightly.
This onix alone weighed around 450+ pounds and it looked extremely menacing, especially to Leo who was witnessing a creature so big for the first time in his life.
Even so, onix was small compared to the legendaries that Leo was planning to face.
"You can choose to change your Pokémon now, or you can continue using your current one, since none have been defeated, if one of your Pokémon was to be defeated, you can immediately bring out the next one in this second exchange" brock said with a slight smile, he was looking forward to the next battle.
"It's fine, frogadier, don't hold back" Leo said as he motioned towards frogadier who stealthily hopped back atop the rocks.

"Onix, full force, use smack down" Brock said as he pointed at frogadier.

Onix's huge body curcled around as it lashed at the rocks, it then rushed at frogadier, it's huge body shaking the battlefield.
"Frogadier, don't fear it, dodge the smack down and use quick attack when you have a chance- aim for its head" Leo immediately came up with a plan and said to frogadier.
"Froga"
Frogadier immediately rushed nimbly towards onix, it wasn't one bit scared, this was what Leo liked the most.
"And if you can't use quick attack on its head, use water pulse, aim for the head" Leo reminded once again as frogadier leaped away like a ninja.
Swoosh!!
Frogadier immediately leaped up as it looked at the incoming onix, it flexibly tilted its body in midair before using quick attack.
Which was a good plan, although onix was big, there was no way it could jump and use smack down in mid air.
Which meant, frogadier being in the air was a good plan.
"Just like that, frogadier, full power" Leo said, the excitement of the battle could be seen on his face.
"Onix, use your tail and use rock throw" Brock said as he noticed frogadier who was farting towards onix like an arrow from the sky.
Bang!!
The sounds of rocks exploding rang out as onix wrapped its stony tail around a rock before flinging the rock towards frogadier.
"Frogadier, dodge that rock and continue with quick attack" Leo shouted.
Swoosh!!
The rock was like a bullet as it flashed through the air, frogadier immediately placed a hand over the rock before leaping over it, the rock throw was perfectly evaded.
Using the rock as momentum, frogadier shot off once again, causing the shooting rock to nearly come plummeting off the ground.
"Frogadier is really strong" Leo thought silently.
"Onix, look out, use harden NOW" brock roared, this simple exchange had only taken a few seconds.
And due to onix's huge body, without a prop to turn around with like the rock, it hadn't been quick to notice frogadiers continuous advancement.
Boom!!
The quick attack landed squarely on onix's head before it could use harden.
"Now frogadier, don't stop, use water pulse, go all out" Leo exclaimed quickly as he noticed the situation..
Shhhh!!
Frogadiers mouth puffed up once again as it released a huge wave of water, directly at the stunned onix who was trying to stabilize itself.
Bang!!
Onix was hit squarely on the head, as water splashed onto the ground.
Onix immediately fainted.
Frogadier hurriedly rushed to leo's side, clear excitement on its face as it gave Leo a hug.

"Thats my loss, Leo, you are a strong trainer with a powerful bond between you and that frog of yours, I present to you, the boulder badge" Brock squinted his bushy eyebrows and said as he pulled out the boulder badge.
He then rushed to Leo before placing the badge in Leo's hands.
"Thank you gym leader Brock" Leo immediately grabbed the badge and placed it within a small case he had prepared earlier.
"First gym battle, I won" Leo thought as he returned frogadier to his pokeball.
