Start of competition

It has been three days since we last seen our group. Everyone has been putting fourth maximum effort in training.

The time for the start of eevee high competition has started all training came to a halt.

Flocks of high schoolers rushed to school gym as they waited for their names to be called.

"Hopefully we don't get paired against each other early in the tournament."

The rest of the group nodded as the sat down and waited for the tournament to start.

A old looking man walked out as he gave off a very calm and powerful aura.

Throwing out a pokeball a gardevoir appeared next to him. Coughing he began to begin his speech.

Roy:Hello students I am your principal you can call me Roy. Today I will be signaling the rules for the eevee high freshman competition.

The rules go as the following since there is a total of 200 participants. We will hold a qualifying, semi-finals, and finals.

Each trainer will be randomly matched up as shown on the screen.

Everyone participant looked towards the screen as the matches were made.

Keith was matched up against a guy called Troy.

Allen got a battle against a girl named Lana.

Diamond got matched up against a guy called Tyrone.

After about 20 minutes of battling the first out of the group to be called to the field was diamond.

Giving us glance diamond made her way down to the field.

Battle start

Throwing out her faithful snorunt it gave off a chilling feeling to the field.

Laughing Tyrone threw out a pokeball.

Tyrone:You think you'll beat me with that. Come on out chimchar.

Chimchar is a fire type pokemon. Chimchar has a light-colored stomach with a little swirl at the top on its chest.

Let's start things off chimchar use ember.

A small ball of flame was shot as it went towards snorunt direction.

Hitting snorunt she was sent a few feet with burn marks.

Diamond:Snorunt use powder snow.

A burst of snow was sent towards chimchar flinging it back into the wall.

Chimchar stood up wobbling for a few seconds.

Tyrone:Snap out of it chimchar use flame wheel.

Chimchar regained its composure as a wheel of flame began to envelope its body as it rushed towards snorunt.

Diamond:Snorunt don't let chimchar touch you freeze it place. Use icebeam!

A beam of ice was sent out as it struck the incoming flame wheel.

Both trainers yelled as they told their pokemon full power. The attacks clashed with each other for what seemed like a minute.

The result of the clash was a frozen chimchar laying on the ground.

Battle end

Falling to his knees Tyrone looked in disbelief.

Tyrone:Now how could my chimchar lose to this weak snorunt. I have type advantage and everything.

Diamond:The reason you lost is because me and snorunt are just to strong for you.

With that diamond made a turn as she made her way back towards the group.

"That was amazing diamond your snorunt is even stronger than last time."

Allen:Yep your snorunt has sure got stronger but so have me and elekid.

Time passed again as it was Allen turn to battle Lana.

Battle start

Allen:elekid let's go

Lana:Come on out growlithe

Allen:Let's start things off elekid use thunder shock.

A spark of electricity was sent growlithe way.

Lana:Growlithe dodge and use ember.

Growlithe jumped out the way of the electric current and sent out a ember striking elekid head on.

Elekid was left with a few burn marks. Allen seeing this called a command in response.

Allen:Use shock wave followed by thunder punch.

A electric current was let out from elekid as growlithe was struck leaving him stuck in place.

Followed up by crackling electricity surrounding elekid fist as he struck forward sending growlithe flying back.

Lana:growlithe stand up we got this.

Growlithe began to stand up but very wobbly.

Lana:growlithe use fire fang.

Growlithe fangs lit up as they gained a tint of fire to it as he struck forward to bite elekid.

It lashed on to elekid arm.

Seeing elekid yell out in pain. Allen gave out a command.

Allen:Use thunder punch elekid.

Elekid fist began to crackle with lightning as growlithe was electrocuted from this.

The result of this was elekid coming out the victor of the battle.

Battle end

Walking battle elekid and Allen gave out a cheer as they won.

After three more battles the final battle came. It was Keith vs Troy.

Battle start

"Let's go Riolu stand by for battle."

Troy:come on out eevee.

A cute little eevee was released as it gave out a battle cry.

Seeing the eevee Keith knew that he had a easy battle.

Troy:use quick attack eevee

A white light surrounded eevee as it rushed forward charging towards Riolu at a high speed.

"Riolu use force palm when eevee closes in."

As soon as eevee got closer to Riolu it was struck sending it flying back.

"Follow up with quick attack followed by double force palm."

Riolu rushed forward as it struck eevee twice leaving it down for the count.

Battle end

The crowd stood in silence this was the fastest battle out of every match.

Principal:This has been a great time students with this we end the qualifying round.

Each student will now advance to the next round I wish you all luck and may the best win.

With that cheers erupted.
