2 Dead Chat

"Dear Readers,

Before you read the poem, I guess I should fill you in on some background. This poem was created during one of the late night conversations on Discord. Someone on the server asked why no one was talking, and in a moment of spontaneity, I decided to write a little rhyme to answer his/her question. I hope you guys enjoy!"

The reason why the chat is dead

Is because everyone's quiet

But don't be too upset

For eventually, the conversations will reset

I'll bet

[The previous verse didn't get enough compliment, so I wrote an epilogue.]

Everyone just kinda ignore my masterpiece

I guess it's not people's cup of tea

Though it's kind of sad to see

I guess folks are just hard to please

So here's to another attempt

Hopefully it's not just as lame

But I suspect the reception will be the same

Because no one's game
