Down,

I've been feeling sad,

Don't know what to do,

I really try sometimes,

But what's the use?

Down,

I cry a lot now,

I broke down like a dam,

Once it started,

It couldn't really end.

Down,

Everything feels useless,

Like what's the point on doing it,

When in the end,

You're going to get broken.

Down,

I used to be happy,

Now i just feel sad,

Can you please help me,

Get out of this mess?

Down,

I feel like backing out,

I hate thinking like this,

Like I'm not good enough,

Please God, get me through this.

Down,

I actually loved life,

But right at the moment,

Not so much,

Cause right now, I'm so very broken.

Down,

If i had to choose,

Between life or death,

I would probably take death,

Cause it's easier this way.

I don't think i have a note for today's poem. I hope you understood it and maybe understood what I felt like at that time. It's hard sometimes but I've promised myself to not let it get through me. I'm gonna fight it till the end cause i want to live a free life with always feeling sad all the time. Again if you want to talk I'm here to listen.
