21 Almost There

Simon was walking down the hall. And he saw an elf woman. She was wearing a beautiful red dress. And... She was gorgeous. They looked at each other.

Simon thought, "Who is she?".

They continued to walk in different directions.

Zoey thought, "Simon? Well... To think that it will happen way before than I thought... Farawell Katrina."

Simon finally got inside the room. He saw the triplets.

One of them, "Welcome father."

"Thank you, Esmeralda."

She hugged him.

She was wearing a pink dress. And a lot of jewelry. She was 1.55 meters tall and weights 40 kilograms. The triplets were 17 years old.

Her identical twin didn't look too much like her. She dyed her natural yellow hair black. And wore sunglasses that hides her blue eyes.

And their brother. 1.72 meters (5.7 feet) tall. Has a fit body. He was blonde like his sisters. But his eyes were red.

Patrick said, "Hello."

Ezra didn't say anything.

Simon turn his head and saw Han and Maxwell.

Han said, "Hello Simon. You are late. If you come early. You could see Princess Zoey."

"Hmm... I guess I saw her already."

"Really?"

"She was wearing a Red dress."

"I guess you really saw her."

"But I wonder why she is here."

"Mutual benefits. She tells us how strong that cat-girl and I gave something that I can't tell any person other than Maxwell."

Patrick said, "So, how strong is Cat-Woman?"

Han didn't let them in till Zoey got out of the room.

"Well strong enough to defeat the royal army and Prince himself."

Patrick said, "I don't think the royal army is that strong. Kingdom gave them to 92 people."

"Well... That was ten years ago. Your father surely could defeat her. Maybe Maxwell too. But if you saw a demon-looking cat or masked man wearing full black clothes. You should run."

Patrick tried to say something. But Ezra kicked his leg.

Simon said, "Masked man who wears full black clothes? Are you talking about Noir?"

"Yes"

"What is our plan?"

"Well, you are not going to participate in fights. But you should separate Noir and Cat."

"How could I do that without fighting?"

"I am pretty sure you could find a way."

Simon didn't say anything.

Esmeralda said, "So what is our plan."

"You will take armored woman, Ezra will take black man, Patrick will take muscular Asian dude, Maxwell will take Noir, and this will take The cat."

Everyone looked at the egg.

Simon said, "What type of danger sense do you have?"

"Don't worry Simon. This thing got stronger as long as is outside of the shell. So it probably couldn't even beat the woman. The thing 'this thing' will do is only hold the cat till Maxwell defeat the Noir. And after that, it will be neutralized."

Ezra said, "This is a bad idea. F*CKING BAD IDEA."

Patrick said, "Ezra telling the truth. I can understand why you don't want my father to fight. But why are not fighting instead of it."

"That would be a mismatch. I don't think I could hold more than ten minutes. And I don't believe Maxwell could defeat Noir lesser than half an hour."

Maxwell said, "I could. But if I do that I couldn't have enough mana to defeat the cat."

Han continued, "Second. We will catch them in the infinite labyrinth."

Patrick said, "Are you sure that cat woman could defeat that thing?"

Han said, "No."

Patrick didn't say anything. And sit down on the ground.

Han said, "And you need to be careful. That Asian dude has a weird background. It will be far better if Esmeralda and Ezra come to help you after finishing their jobs."

Patrick stood up. And said, "I understand lieutenant!"

Han thought, "That was weird. Why did he suddenly call me lieutenant? It looked like he doesn't care that much. Is he trying to make fun of me?"

Han said, "Everyone could leave."

Patrick was angry because of the 'thing'.

His mother was dead while she giving birth to the triplets. Ezra and Esmeralda was an identical twin. Because his father was nearly always away from them. He became the Father of his sisters.

He was strong. Maybe because he is mostly Alan unlike his sisters, or maybe because he trained far more than his sisters. He was quite sure that he could protect his sisters. And his dream was for them to be happy. But his dreams were crushed so early.

When he was thirteen years old. The 'thing' appeared. Because of the chaos the 'thing' caused. Esmeralda had a double personality. And Ezra is obsessed with fears.

And now someone wants to use the 'thing' for the mission he is in. And want him to be okay with it. But what could he do? He was weak. Let alone stop Maxwell he can't even scratch Han.

And why his father didn't say anything? That thing fought with Paul. And even nearly defeated him.

Yes, when Patrick was 12 his father fought with Paul And defeated him. But Paul was only 15 years old. When they fight their power gap was nearly zero. One year would be enough for someone that young.

Alans could live 150 years. But Paul is probably immortal in that aspect. But why his father didn't say anything? Why did Han think that would be a good idea?

He show his teehts to Xenobach.

"40? Are you Budhha?"

"I AM FUCKING IMMORTAL I AM NOT GIVING MY ENTIRE LIFE TO THAT?"

Zhang attacked Xenobach.
