Whoosh!

A gush of cold wind brushed against Naito's face, gently blowing off his hair. It was already passed by 5 A.M. hence the sunlight was neither too hot nor uncomfortable. Instead, it brought a warm feeling to Naito.

Unfortunately, Naito had no time to enjoy that incredible sensation as his head was full of thoughts.

Naito gently massaged his forehead before, once again, raising his head and looked at the small bits of the remaining moon.

'This world will be soon in chaos.'

How much importance of the moon to the world? Technically, it was very, very important.

Now that the moon was destroyed into small pieces, troubles would arise later.

'But, this world is a different world. The laws of this world may not be the same as my world.' Naito could only comfort himself since he had no idea what would happen in the future.

'Anyway, it's not my problem.' Restoring the moon was not within his capability, and being anxious and worried about something like that was simply idiotic for someone who's family didn't exist in this world.

So, why bother at all?

"Naito-kun!" A melodious voice sounded behind Naito, causing him to break out of his contemplation.

"..." Naito put on a smiling face before turning his head to look at the one who called him.

Naito already knew that the one who called him was a female because of her voice was so soft and feminine.

But, most importantly, the voice was unfamiliar to him, giving him quite of a problem.

'How am 'I' so popular to these ladies?' The more popular 'he' was, the more trouble it would bring later when he's still not aware of 'his' behavior or personality.

Hence, his plan of investigating this body's personality was on the top of his list.

"Ah, you look so dashing!" The wind was still blowing his hair, and the sun was bathing him with its dazzling sunlight; enhancing his slightly handsome appearance.

Once he finally caught a figure in his peripheral vision, the right side of Naito's lips twitched.

'This is a problem ' In his previous life, Naito got into many intimate relationships with various women and girls. Consequently, Naito had quite a bountiful experience about being in a relationship.

And just by looking at the smile of the girl that was filled with affection, Naito knew himself how deep the trouble in front of him was.

The girl herself was quite beautiful.

She had straight mid-back length black hair that had bangs hanging over her eyebrows and light-brown eyes, coupled with a kind and affectionate smile on her face, her beauty was on the top 10 of Naito's list of beauties that he had created and compared in both of his lives.

"Want to go home together?" Just by hearing her melodious voice, anyone would feel pleased, and Naito was not an exception.

Naito nodded his head.

"That's great!" The girl beamed in happiness as she sighed in relief and gently patted her chest.

"Let's go!" She trotted towards Naito and quickly grabbed his right hand with her left hand as she smiled in joy.

"Yeah, let's go." Not giving any response even once would be too suspicious, so Naito spoke with a small yet composed voice.

There were 2 reasons why Naito had agreed to go together with the girl.

Firstly, due to his lack of any information, Naito didn't know his house at all.

Secondly, Naito could use the girl to prove some information out of her. Naturally, Naito could only do it subtly.

Like, right now.

"The moon is beautiful today." After saying that, the girl flinched as she stopped walking.

"Yeah, it is." With a soft and mosquito-volume voice, the girl lowered her head as her hair blocked her face, not letting Naito saw her current expression.

Naito looked at the girl with a confused expression. He then closed his eyes and repeated the words that he just said.

'Did I say something strange?' After a while, Naito found nothing out of the ordinary so he was left confused as to why the girl suddenly became meek and shy.

However, Naito knew that he had stepped on something he should not have.

Unknown to him, the words he had said with the intention of garnering information in a subtle way were misunderstood by the girl.

He had no idea that he had unknowingly confessed!

After a moment of hesitation, the girl finally mustered mental strength as she responded.

"I...lo-love-"

"Yukiko! Naito! What are you guys still idling there?! Hurry up and come down!" A loud voice suddenly interrupted the girl.

Strangely enough, the school building where they were attending was located at the top of a mountain.

As of now, Naito and the girl whose name was Yukiko were standing in the middle of the long and high stairs.

"Naito, you idiot!" Finally, the girl raised her head, making Naito could see her face.

"Hmph!" With a pout on her cute face, Yukiko hurriedly went to descend, leaving Naito, all alone to himself.

'My subtle proving resulted in information, but this information was really... unneeded.' Naito thought to himself as he looked at the back of the girl with the name of Yukiko with a contemplating look on his face.

After a moment, he shook his head as he also went to follow her and the newcomer who's at the base of the mountain, the 'orange' girl.

Nonetheless, information was information so Naito didn't feel much anything about it.

Naito went down faster since he didn't want to be left behind and find his house all alone with no idea where to go or what his house looked like.

"Geez, you guys did really take your time in there!" As soon as the 2 arrived in front of the 'orange' girl, they were greeted with a snort.

"I'm sorry, Hinano." Yukiko showed a sorry expression before gently nudging Naito's waist. "It's the fault of this idiot. How could he say something so critical out of the blue?!"

"I meant it." Naito looked at her with a serious expression.

Even though he's wanting to get information, he truly meant that the moon was quite a spectacle.

"You idiot! Idiot!" Her face was immediately engulfed in red as she quickly raised her clenched fists and gently and shyly hit Naito's side repeatedly.

At first, when the 'orange' girl, Hinako, heard Yukiko's first exclamation, she immediately became stiffed, thinking that her hideous actions back then were revealed but quickly relaxed when she saw her friend's reaction.

With a forced smile on her face, Hinako spoke.

"Can you stop this lovey-dovey interaction of you guys? You can continue it later when you guys get home!"
