CHAPTER 4 HOW I BECAME SO LUCKY?

The next day after New Years it was working day only cause the Universities were on a break for a little more time; Rachel was still sleeping when she heard Don't stop believing hold on to the feeling, street light people she open her eyes and saw that she was in another bedroom when she turn she saw that Finn was just waking up from bed. Finn noticed that someone was eyeing him he look and saw Rachel in the bed.

"Good morning" Finn said.

"Good morning, did we?" Rachel said getting up from bed.

"No we didn't but you came in the room to watch NBA which by the way Clippers won last night I know you fall asleep but its OK the next time you can watch an entirely game" Finn said.

"I´m sorry the next time I will be up watching the game." Rachel said when she heard Diana crying. She got up and went straight to where Diana was sleeping.

As soon as she got in she saw that Diana was still crying she came and picked her up and saw that she was a little red. She went running to Finn room who he was now in the shower. She tried to calm her a little bit but nothing was doing better until Finn came out of the shower and saw that Diana was crying but as soon as she saw him she calm down a little bit but now she was sniffling.

"What happen that she is red?" Finn ask her.

"Don't know she was screaming when I came when she saw you she stop crying and start sniffling." Rachel said with Diana still crying.

While where Kurt and Santana live; someone knock the door when Kurt saw who it was he decided not to open the door cause the person outside the door was no more less than Jesse St. Jerk.

"I know someone there cause I saw a shadow please open up or I will call the police" Jesse said.

Kurt open the door and saw him smiling as nothing ever happen before.

"Where is Rachel and my daughter?" Jesse said.

"First of all, Rachel is not your inconvenience she moved on, she lives with her nice better amazing sexy simple boyfriend that is much handsome and everything from you. Daughter? Who told you have a daughter? She don't know and don't want to know you after all the bad stuff you have done for her mother. And you wanted to call the police well the truth is the police will get you in jail after all the bad things that you have done for her. If you excuse me leave, get out, go and get your wife and kids, move out of this country and leave to another country cause we don't want to see nothing from you" Kurt said when Santana came and saw the jerk.

"Well, well isn't it the jerk that have been behind Rachel since high school and got her pregnant raping her? You think we don't know the story but the truth is we been her best friend and she told us all the stuff that you been doing to her behind her back like for example having a wife in which you didn't told her that you got her pregnant or is that your wife selling your own body, you was a psycho to her following all her steps she does, auto inviting yourself on every event and non event, raping her while she was still a virgin, she wasn't ready for a jackass or jerk like you. She wanted a special night not someone who force her and tell her to abort the baby, thank god she didn't abort the baby, she has a beautiful baby which she raising with a neat, clever, nice, amazing, handsome, beautiful, gorgeous, gentleman boyfriend. He knows how to treat a woman right, not like you So if you don't leave I will scrape everything from you including your dick which is smaller and also your brain is there. Also I´m from Lima Heights and over there we do bad things" Santana said.

"I will leave but she will hear from…" Jesse said when Santana slap him hard then scrape him while Kurt call the police and told him about the most dangerous person name Jesse St. James. And also explain to the police what bad stuff he did to his friend.

While where Rachel lives they were trying to calm Diana who was still crying, they decided to carry her to the doctor, suddenly Rachel cell rang it was Santana. Rachel answer it while she gave Diana to Finn who was already with clothes on.

"Hello" Rachel said.

"Hi Rachel is Santana. How are you? How did you slept? The reason I call you is that St. Jerk appeared this morning asking for you as always, me and Kurt told him a lot of stuff that hurt him we told him the truth on his face which I don't know if it hurts him or not we even call the police and told him all the bad things that he had done for you. If he thinks he is going to court and lie about what he does well the truth is he will not win the case, cause we have proof and also my cousin which is a lawyer can help us with this case with the help of your father and some friends of us that saw him doing bad things to you which you don't deserve at all" Santana said.

"Seriously? When he will grow up and start notice that I´m not interested in him after all the stuff he done with me. He thinks he is great but the truth is he is the worst person ever that exist on Earth. He thinks he is going to win the case, the truth is he will never win it cause the way he is imagine if he comes where I am and kill Finn he is big trouble he don't know who he is talking to. My parents know the truth I explain everything that he does to me and they don't want to see nothing from him he needs to pay everything that he does to me. If that's the case he will never meet neither know his daughter cause I hide her from him after all these things he did to me. I´m afraid that he will come where I am and take her from me and raise in a bad way. I have a feeling that we going to win this case. We need the strength to win this case. My parents can come here talk to the lawyers and fix the damn papers and tell the judges the truth another thing is he has friends that he been paying them to do bad stuff to me and my friends why do you think that in school they were treating us bad. I gotta go and take a shower, Finn is here holding Diana for a while." Rachel said.

"That's true. I cant even stand him he comes here like he is the owner of the building or something, comes in the room and look for you, Everytime I see him I tell him that if he don't leave I will send him straight to Lima Heights cause that's where he is going the next time I see his sorry face. He thinks he is better looking, handsome, a runway model which Kurt can accept well the truth is nobody will accept neither contract him after all those things he did to you, my question is how he got the job as a waiter in an unknown restaurant. About Finn don't worry he will never find out that you staying with him, cause if he does he will know the other Santana that I have been hiding. About the papers, we need to have them all also we need to go to court to put Finn as Diana father and said that the real father is just a jerk that didn't treat the mother right. Yes your parents have to come over so we can win this case. I didn't knew he had friends that have no brain doing this bad stuff. He don't know the Lima Heights who will treat him worst than ever. If he continue like this he will end up in jail, who knows if he is taking drugs also because if he is, he will loose everything. I think we need to go to court and said why Finn is great father than St. Jerk, while you shower can you pass me Finn so I can ask him that question" Santana said.

"Sure, he is right here. " Rachel said passing the phone to Finn she mouthed to him that is Santana and wanted a question for him.

Finn took the phone and listen to Santana question. Finn who was sitting taking care of Diana listen to Santana said why you could be a better father than St. Jerk?

" I could be a better father than him cause first of all I was raised by my parents that show me to respect people, I´m not an idiot, I don't use drugs cause where I work don't need to be in drugs cause they fire you right away, don't have money problems, don't be in gang that does bad stuff my friends are some basketball players and we are cool friends we have good time. I will never force her to do things that she don't want to do. Everybody deserves to be treated right, I play basketball and been healthy. " Finn said to Santana.

"Good that's what we need. Where you were when my friend was suffering after all the bad stuff that the jerk been doing to her?" Santana said.

"Well I was practicing basketball all the way with New York Knicks also traveling the states to play game. You should meet my friends they are nice. In fact, their wives work in People magazine maybe I can give Rachel a internship if I talk to my friend Mercedes who is Sam wife." Finn said.

What Finn didn't know is that Rachel had heard the conversation while she was in the shower, she couldn't believe that she answer that he will always be there for her when she really needs him. She always wanted a person that treat her very good now she find it she will never let him go at all no matter what happens she will never let him go.

Minutes later, Rachel came out of the shower and picked up Dianna who was now calm. She notice that she is not red anymore, but they were going to carry her to the doctor just in case she is sick again. Rachel took Dianna and Finn got in the shower
