The world is shocked by the emergence of a virus that attacks the immune system, but many people underestimate the virus.

The world-famous medical doctors began to panic after carefully examining a virus called T-90R, it turns out that this virus has a genetic originating from outer space that somehow appeared on earth.

This terrifying virus will make the human body turn into a horrible thing like an undead, well it's a zombie, experts in the medical field try to cover up the research because they don't want to be punished for their negligence.

This resulted in a tremendous disaster, the first case occurred when a patient infected with the T-90R virus struggled with unusual force, his eyes turned completely black with fangs starting to grow in his mouth, the patient began to hunt humans who were in the house get sick and spread the T-90R virus by biting other humans.

The government was forced to close the hospital because it contained zombies that had mutated with terrible power.

But what the government doesn't know is that one person survived and was trapped in the hospital.

Cold sweat poured down his back, his eyes filled with wariness looking around where he was holding the baseball bat as his weapon.

"All the doors have been locked, damn I am trapped with zombies." The young man was Ren who had just visited his friend who was going to be operated on because of a tumor but the operation failed which resulted in the death of his friend.

With great sadness, he stayed behind in the hospital to accompany his friend's corpse until the hospital allowed him to be buried.

But an unexpected situation occurred where he saw a patient with fangs and a very terrifying body starting to kill humans, Ren at that time was just silent and was very afraid to see this terrible incident.

The rampaging patient stared at Ren with his black eyes and mouth covered in blood "uu-uuuu ddeee-aaaa-ddd"

Ren's heart beat faster, his body was unable to move and the strange Patient started to approach him with a head that he was gripping in his hand.

"R-r-run"

The old man lying on the ground told him to run with a tone of resignation because for the old man his death had been determined.

Ren looked at the old man and then the strange patient who was only 10 meters away from him "God, forgive me for not helping that poor old man".

With tears in his eyes, Ren took the fire extinguisher on the wall and threw it at the strange patient so he could have time to run.
