Chapter 2

She looked at her home that's almost deserted due to the fact that she had moved most of her belongings.

Janelle looked at the potrait of a family of five,her parents, Janelle and Janet together with their brother who is apparently missing.

They look so happy without a care in the world but now in the present,most of them are no longer here.

Janelle gently touched the frame and traced the family pictures one by one as sad tears dropped from her eyes.

She immediately broke down and started weeping, she missed everyone,they all left her alone in the cruel world to suffer.

A car horn soon woke her up from her daze, she cleaned her eyes and walked outside where the butler was waiting.

"Miss, the boss asked me to pick you up"Janelle nodded and entered the car.

She should be happy that she would live with the love of her life but why was her heart feeling this heavy,why does she hesitate?.

She couldn't figure out the problem until they had reached the mansion"Miss, we're here"Janelle took a peek outside.

This was where her sister lived, where she spent all her time with Alex but now she, Janelle will make new memories here and will make Alex fall in love with her.

Janelle stepped down from the car and entered the house meeting Alex sitting on the couch.

This man was really an epitome of beauty"James, take her bags upstairs"Without sparing a glance at her,he ordered.

She felt the weight on her hands lifted as James collected it and went upstairs.

She didn't move an inch and continued to stare at him"Do you want anything?"he asked with a raised brow.

"No,i was just admiring your facial features"She said, her cheeks were stained with the red color.

She stared down and smiled foolishly at what she had said"You can go upstairs"Alex said irritated by her.

To him, she was a shameless woman who would do anything for money and now she had outrightly flirted with her sister's husband.

Janelle blushed even more, she bit her lips and went upstairs thinking she had an effect on him and that's why he's sending her away.

Inside her room, Janelle unpacked her clothes.

She was a little disappointed that Alex hasn't bought anything for her.

No worries, it's because it was too sudden.

She used that to calm herself, humming a song while unpacking,when she was done, she jumped and laid on her bed.

She was now living in her dream house,what should she do first.
