Chapter 4 - Black Bleeding Heart

"-therine... Miss Catherine... "Waking up to a hazy, brightly morning day, Cat sluggishly sat up on her queen sized bed as Nina stood holding a beautifully arranged breakfast plater. "Its time for some breakfast. I pushed your early meeting with the Chronticles' reporter to next weekend. I've also arranged for a your morning schedule to be postponed until tomorrow. You have nothing to worry about, now please, build up your energy if only a little. "

Setting down the tray over her legs, Cat sat comfortable and watched as Nina removed the lid to the bowl to reveal freshly made porridge. Stunned, Cat reached out to hold Nina's wrist just as she began to pull back and in second, Cat flinched while Nina let out a sudden moan under her breath.

"Nina, did you just-" Watching Nina step back and leave the room, Cat softly raised her brows as she gaped her lips in confusion.

"I-I should probably get to work on rescheduling you itinerary for the afternoon. H-Hmm! "

Closing the door behind her, Cat sat dazed and confused as always on whether if Nina had a problem with being around her.

From outside the Cat's bedroom door, Nina felt her back picket vibrate and as she took out her new phone she got a hold of an hour prior, she looked at the call history after having backed up her contacts and busy schedule under her name while signed on a trusted service network in the web.

"This is Nina Sae, Miss Catherine Cindra's personal assistant/secretary. "

["Miss Sae--"] Walking down the hallways and entering the living room, Nina responded with "yes" and "I understand" as she toom a seat on the plush couches while grabbing hold of the smart-tablet.

"I see... Well, what I can do for you is I can ask around for any potential buyers, but In all honesty, sir. You sound like a little girl trying to ask her mommy for more make-up accessories. "

["Eh-what... What the f--"] Pulling away ger phone from her ear, Nina logged onto the tablet and searched through several squares of Live camera feeds from various locations.

"Ah-There you are! "Setting her phone onto the couch beside ever, Nina responded with sending the police to the door of a genuine stalkers house after having been warned by Nina herself to not bother her or Cat again.

Picking up the phone, Nina soon put it to her ear and continued. "Be sure to give my name once you meet them. "

Hanging up, Nina watched as she made herself some tea while watching the Live footage of the stalker getting up from his computer screen while atemtpibg to reconnect with Nina as he revived a knock on his door.

Sure enough, not ten seconds passed as he was chased into his home by two armed policemen after a quick glance spooked him and caused him to panic, making himself look guilty in the eyes of the law.

"Don't fight them -- Oh! "Watching with half an eye open and a smile, Nina watched as part of her job was keeping various stalkers and potential threats from ever reaching Cat. "Have a nice couple of days in holding, Prick. "

"Ugh-Nina, be a doll and tie this necklace. " Turning around while wearing a beautiful white house and skin tight designer jeans, Nina clipped the thin necklace in place... After several long and intimate seconds after inhaling Cat's shampoo conditioner on her hair. "Thanks! Let's get going! "

Starting up the roaring engine, Cat held onto the steering wheel as the car screeched in place and then suddenly drove out into the large courtyard road. Making a few rapid laps, Nina held onto her seat for dear life as Cat was blindly having the time of her life until pulling out onto the main roadway.

"Thank you officer, I'll try and be more careful from now on. Bye-bye! " Setting her inoccent face forward as she inhaled a sharp gust of air, Cat lightly turned to Nina as she was holding an irritated look. "Nina... Honey, are you angry with me? "

"Y-" Meeting Cat's pouting and playful face under the sunlight, Nina's energy quickly drained out of her. "Y-No... But, I do think we should switch seats. I don't want you getting another ticket. "

Clicking her seatbelt in the drivers seat, Nina held both hands in the steering wheel as Cat gave her directions to a popular dating spot in the city plaza where young couples would meet on their first dates.

"Miss Catherine, why are we h-"Shutting up as Cat pressed her finger over Nina's lips, Nina turned to Cat as she intently looked around at the young couples passing and going.

("God! Is it creepy if I really want to lick her finger... Argh! She smells so good! ")

"Oh! Nina, look! "Raising her voice, Nina followed Cat's gaze as they landed on a young couple who looked to have just met up. "Hmm... Try to get a little closer, I can't hear them! "

Worried, Nina responded and turned in the car as she slowly moved to be within earshot.

"Did you wait long? " Lowering her gaze while keeping the boys attention, the girl smiled as the boy shook his head.

"Eh... I wonder if we can have something sweet, just kidding-"Softly turning to Cat as she emptyly looked out the window, Nina snapped out of her trance as the light had turned green for a while.

Turning forward, Nina held her composure despite her hands shaking over the steering wheel. In some part of Nina's mind, she felt as if Cat had picked up on what she was thinking and purposely said something to bring her back.

The rest of the drive was dealt in absolute silence yet, a soft smile hung over Nina's face after catching Cat's wondering gaze in the passenger side window.
