Chapter 3 - Get-Together

"Nina, have you seen m-"Stepping out into the living room while holding her hair into a knot, Cat searched the inside of her house inky to find Nina was missing. "-where could that erotic girl have gone? "

Returning into her room, Cat slid the door open and stopped for a brief second as something felt out of place. Scamming the room, Cat took a few steps over to her expensive dresser and as she was about to open the door, a ring in the front of her villa gate echoed throughout her home.

Turning rather calmly, Cat tied her hair and set it over her shoulder as she headed to greet the first of her guests.

As Cat left and closed the door behind her, the dresser doors soon abruptly opened as a panting Nina fell out with a flustered expression.

"Holy sh-... Crap! That was so freaking close... My heart's still racing. Ah, she was so close too! Hm! "Collapsing back onto the dresser and sitting without any regard for manners, Nina raised her head as she brushed loose hair strands off her forhead and face that were sticky with sweat.

"Karina! Agh! I'm so glad you could make it! "Leaning forward to give a light hug, Cat and Karina almost looked as if they were glowing. "I hope I didn't tear you away from any previous engagements you may have had planned? "

"No -- not at all! In fact, I was really happy you invited me. Oh-This must be your brilliant assistant you are always talking about?! " Turning around to follow Karina's beautiful emerald colored gaze, Cat smiled softly as Nina was approching them. "Hi! Its nice to meet you, Catherine has told me alot about how she has this kind and beautiful assistant. "

Blushing lightly, Nina catches Cat's flustered expression and trembled as it has been one exiting dream fulfilled over the next for her.

"Right... Care to take a seat and talknwhile the others get here? "Playfully smiling, the three take a seat in the open couches and stare at each other as Cat was waiting for an opportunity to break the ice yet, felt much to awkward to start things off.

Picking up on Cat's timely old habit, Nina sprung up calmly as she headed to make tea.

"So -- Catherine, how are you-? "Asking as if more of a guessed answer and less of a question, Cat titled her head as she crossed her legs.

"I-I found something new to focus on lately. Yes! It is indeed, going to be a grand endeavor if I do say so myself. "Scoffing under her breath, Cat's mind had wondered into a blank as she was struggling to decide on what to say. "A-And you Karina? Anything new you care to talk about? "

Lifting her head with a gentle smile and staring off across the room, she set her legs firmly together as she sat closer to Cat to talk in a whisper.

"Catherine, promise needed you won't tell anyone-" Meeting Cat's eyes, Karina is smirked as Cat intently nodded. "Well, I have thus guy I've been seeing for the past month now-"

"Ee-"Covering her mouth, Karina was flushed as she met Cat's shocked expression as Cat spoke in a whisper. "But, what about Alix?! Does your husband know about this?! Jeez, Karina! You just dropped a bombshell right off the bat -- so, who is this mystery man?! "

Nina half-glanced backward as a soft smile formed in her face amid the devious whispering from the other two.

Finishing up, Nina reheated the tea and lifted the tray as she walked back to the living room and poured more tea into two separate teacups. As she stood firm, Nina headed to the front door and opened it as two more guests had arrived and begun to walk up the steps.

"Hi/Hello! "Passing Nina, Cat and Karina turned and boldly greeted them as they walked inside.

As Nina was about to close the door, her eyes noticed a massive line of expensive cars beginning to enter into the property. Creasing her eyebrows, Nina frowned as walked across the living room and picked up the smart-tablet in the room next to the shower room.

"Oh-my-urgh! How stupid can I be?! "Upon seeing the slight mistake Nina made when she was distracted, Nina had accidentally booked a full blown "Rave Package" that was said to have cost in the millions all under her own name. "I'm so fired -- what the, "MALE-STRIPPERS" Miss Catherine us gonna kill me... "

7 eventful hours later

"Whoo! " Holding a bottle of expensive champagne in her hand and being held up under a group of muscle-bound, high end male strippers, Cat was enjoying her time as the small "get-togheter" she wanted turned into a full blown party thanks to Nina's slight mistake.

Sitting in the far end of the large living room/rave, Nina was in mourning over her certainty over getting fired later on. Hundreds of random, good looking people had shown up that Nina hadn't invited and despite the lack of restraint, all Nina could do was work as Cat's security and out down anyone who got to close to Cat.

Glancing over to Cat's friend, Karina, she was half dressed and insanely drunk as she was partying hard with a group of handsome men and women while playing a sensual, "spin-the-bottle" game. Gulping, Nina tilted her neck as she watched dozens of strangers fill the outside of the villa yard as she was sure most of the young people outside were from a college frat-house.

Shaking her head in contempt and regret, Nina felt a hand on her shoulder and her instincts came into play. Holding down Cat's shoulder and arm down, Nina quickly released Cat and apologizes with all her heart.

"Oh-naw! Its fine! Hey, hey Nina-"Burping while covering her mouth, Cat was barely functioning as she looked as ig she could pass out any minute with her cherry-blushed face. "Nina! Tell me, what would you do if you were with someone you -- liked... Like, REALLY, liked? "

Stumbling, Cat grabbed into Nina's hands as Nina stood shocked and worried as she could not help but feel responsible for the chaos. Suddenly, as Nina was about to speak, someone bumped her from behind and Nina's hand slammed agaisnt the wall as Cat stood eyeing Nina innocently.

Gulping, Nina and Cat's eyes met for several seconds until a nearly sensible Nina restrained her feelings and grit her teeth as she began shutting down the party. Heading over to unplug various cables leading outside the villa, the music soon dropped and came yo a dead silence.

Chatter and cursing soon erupted as Nina was not having of it as she began guiding everyone out as if like a police enforcer at a crime scene. Calmly and casually, everyone left behind a mess and after a while, the last car and group of people went behind the gated fence.

Sweeping up the trash in the living room, Nina turned to a passed out Cat dozing off in her bedroom. Turning her gaze back to the floor, Nina picked up the smart-tablet and took a seat as the news of Cat's wild party broke as several other popular actors and artists were frustrated they weren't invited.

"Ugh... Agh!? I'm such a dumass! "Turning around rather abruptly, Nina laid her eyes on Cat as she was slowly walking along the hallway heading to the bathroom.

Setting down the tablet and broom, Nina went to help Cat as she held her hair while Cat threw up all the champagne and beer she had consumed. Nina felt only regret as seeing a half-naked Cat would have normally made her day.

"I-... I'm so sorry, Miss Cather-"Suddenly gone silent, Nina's eyes screamed surprise when Cat's fingers touched her lips.

"Shh... N-Nina... Thanks' y-you. "Sitting back on the wall, Nina sat in her knees with a flushed face and holding a firm gaze on Cat. "This was a hell of alot better... That what I had planned... I met people today -- good people, I think... They told me, "live like you lost your heart... Go find people who can fill the void and until your heart comes back, have some fun-"... I still have no idea what any of that means, but it sounds nice, doesn't it... "

Lowering her gaze for a moment, Nina blinked and met Cat's face to find her flushed flushed sound asleep. Taking in a deep breath, Nina stood and picked up Cat into her arms. Carrying Cat back to her room, Nina set Cat down on her bed gently.

Nina watched with a soft gaze as Cat's slender body filled the curves in her large white tee-shirt. Brushing off strads of hair from her face, Nina held Cat's luscious brunette hair as she thought it to be the most wonderful thing in the world.

Blinking, Nina's eyes scanned up and down Cat's body. Temptation soon filled Nina's heart however, as Nina gently leaned in close, inches from Cat's lips and resting face, she drew over the lush blanket and stood back up after covering Cat.

Walking out, Nina slowly closed the door and continued into the living room.
