[Johan's POV]

"Where are they going?" Raymond asked as he approached him by the gate.

Johan's shoulders quirked up, only to drop back down again in defeat. "No idea. Rus refused to tell me. That asshole. What the hell is he cooking up again?"

"They're quite close, huh?"

Johan side-eyed Raymond at the slight hint of annoyance in his voice. "Does it bother you?"

"Are you not worried? The last time they're together—"

"Russell won't intentionally harm Adrian without a reason, if that's what you're worried about," Johan cut off, turning on his heel to close the gate. "He knows I'm the one he'd go up against if he does."

"Of course, that's what you would say." Raymond sighed in defeat. "Well, wanna go for a walk then while they're gone? Just the two of us. We still have a lot of catching up to do."

Johan paused at Raymond's offer, then he smiled. "Where do you want to go?"
