Players Unknown

Let's say God/Creator exists. And one day, you are told that everyone around you, your families/friends are just programmed NPCs. Would you still treat them the same ways? Would you still consider them humans? Will you feel lonely, knowing that none of their reactions are real, but predetermined by God/Creator? 10 humans/players are selected by God/Creator, their quests are to survive in a city full of NPCs, search and eliminate the other humans/players, and finally become the last one standing.
