1 A Ending And A Beginning

"Hey I'm Marco. And let me tell ya how unfair life is!" Explains Marco. "This is a story of wonder!"

As Marco is hurrying to get ready for work, he forgets his book of secrets, but as he rushes out of the door sirens begin to blare. And speakers constantly repeating "Warning Nuclear Missile Inbound please seek shelter immediately!"

As the missile was only 1 minute away Marco whispers "Save me god."

BOOM! The missile makes contact with the city with a population of Fifty-million, and only ten-million of these citizens survive.

"Marco." A voice calls out. "Wake up!"

"Ahhhh!" Screams Marco.

"Oh calm down!" Shouts a gentle voice. "I'm Sayori I'm what your people call a goddess!"

"I must be dreaming I think I'm gonna lie back down." Marco shakily responds.

"Wake up now! For I shall grant you another chance at life!" Sayori explains. "Therefore I'll give you two abilities. Analysis and Mana Absorption."

"Wait wha" Marco interrupts.

"Oh, and don't worry I'll help you out some more later. Bye!" Sayori explains.

And just before Marco could say anything he is cast into a prosperous land. As he's flying through the air things start to appear saying, "Skill Acquired: Analysis, and Mana Absorption."

Abruptly Marco lands in a forest unscathed after a two thousand foot drop.

"Curse that god damn goddess casting me into a random world" yells Marco. "Guess I gotta figure out a way to survive on these trash skills."
