"It's been a while." He said. A new body just came in the morgue and he has to take care of it.

"Hello Aldo." I said.

With a despised look, he told me through his clenched teeth he didn't want to see me. Understandable although his reason was so shallow.

"I need you right now."

That was the only thing he needed to hear to make him hand me his leash again.
