Prologue

Kyle walked through the bustling streets, wondering where his agent was. It was unusual for her to be late, as she was usually on time, and sometimes a few minutes early. He sensed something and unsheathed his sword. He spun around, but it was too late.

The black robed man dragged the unconscious man into the bag, and swiftly ran with the bag into the dark forest. It looked like the man had a horn for a few seconds, but that could be a trick of the light.
