"Hah…"

I heard a sigh coming out just right next to me, a sigh of disappointment that sounded like all hopes are gone.

Then just a few seconds later, I heard another sigh coming from the other direction packing the same displeased tone from the previous one.

I roll my eyes to the places where I heard the sighs, looking at the ones that release it with curiosity.

Emily expresses her feeling of disdain on an inter-galactic scale while Alex seems to be just copying Emily for some reason.

"Haahhhhhhhh."

"That's a long one." I said.

"Well, you can't blame me. The big event is starting three days from now yet we still lack two party members."

Emily said, followed by another long sigh.

"Well, we did all we could. It's just that the people we know are already booked for the event."

I respond to Emily, well as much as it surprises me, the only people Emily and I know are just Carol and Luca.
