Chapter 060 Ice Hell

After the dramatic reunion I prepared a little feast for old man Roman using all the rare ingredients I have in my Inventory. Using the remaining Jewel Meat I cooked it as steak together with chopped Meteor Garlic cloves, Melk Stardust and Ozone Herb toping. Making the most extravagant dish with Ultra rare ingredients and high nutrient content. As I served the dish to old man Roman, he got a whiff of the smell and his saliva starts dripping.

*BOOOOOM*

As old Roman took a bite his muscles expanded making him muscular that looked like hulk (the effect of Meteor Garlic or Doping Garlic). Not only has that but his muscles glowed as the effect of Jewel Meat. As he ate all of it his face was in bliss. After that I asked old Roman about the things I requested, he then guided me to a room in the ware house where all the things are prepare. From the jumpsuit that withstands cold temperature to the supplies that I might need when I'm there like Hot Mushroom which is good spice that heats up the body when eaten. He also gave me some information about the people who might go there to capture Century Soup. Knowing them doesn't hurt and I can make preparations just encase they become hostile and become enemy.

Browsing for a while I found two important people that will definitely helpful on the journey. With them as allies capturing Century Soup would be a walk in the park. After collecting all the necessary things I went towards shore and withdraw the boat from the Inventory and started my journey towards Ice Hell even though there is still month before Century Soup appears.

After getting far I from World Kitchen I saw the Storm Phoenix flew down, I stored the boat back to the Inventory and rode the Storm Phoenix towards Ice Hell since it will take a day via boat.

"I havent given you a name yet?" (Satou)

Hearing my words the Storm Phoenix nods understanding what I said.

"Since youre a Storm Phoenix that governs storm I should name you Raijin." (Satou)

(AN: Raijin is Storm Spirit in Dota 1. "I bet theres a storm coming".)

*SCREEECH*

Hearing its name the Storm Phoenix gave a loud screech which acknowledges the name I gave.

Flying for hours I saw a school of blue shark/crocodile hybrid, possessing crocodile-like features such as scales, legs and scaly spines, and shark-like features such as a dorsal fin, gills and multiple rows of teeth.

Although I have a lot of ration in my Inventory that would last about half a year, its better to have some other food to avoid being tired of eating the same food. So I decided to catch a few of them. I ordered Raijin to dive and catch a few Sharkcrocodile.

After catching at least a dozen I ordered Raijin to flew above since I have capture enough Sharkcrocodile. After an hour of flying I felt a sudden drop of temperature that my hair started to freeze. Looking in front I saw a massive pillar-like continent made almost entirely out of ice that seems to just rise out of the sea.

'So this is the famous Ice Hell or "Continent of Ice" since its a massive island that is made up of ice.' l(Satou)

As I ordered Raijin to land in the top of Ice Hell I heard a roaring sound which is to intimidate trespassers. Raijin replied with a loud screech.

*ROAR*

*SCREECH*

Looking at the origin of the roar I saw a humongous beast standing at over 85 meters in length and is easily around the size of a tall building, making humans look like ants in comparison to its great size. It has a white leathery hide and scales, and the entirety of its back is covered in blue vain-like markings that go from the top of its head to the tip of its tail. It also has faintly glowing yellow eyes. It also has very sharp fangs and numerous horns growing on the bridge of its snout.

Such a loud greeting from the "Watchdog of Hell" or the Tundra Dragon since we stepped on the area it was resting. I remembered that its meat is not recommended for consumption, so I used Intimidation on it to make it run.
