When MC wished for Knowledge of One Piece along with strong and limitless body. THE GREAT R.O.B. granted him these wishes. The R.O.B. created a new body mixing with all of the races, their DNA, genepool, genetic advantages of all of the Humanoid creatures in One Piece.
FORMER APPEARANCE:
Had 2 white horns in the middle of his big ass head.(Chapter 3)
His eyebrows were far away from his eyes.(Chapter 3)
He had 3 grey eyes, the third eye was in the middle of his big forehead.(Chapter 3)
His height was 65'7 ft (20 m or 2000 cm) tall without the big ass head. (Chapter 3)
Had big head after eating the Nomi Nomi Nomi measuring almost half of his body 32'10 ft (10 m or 1000 cm). (Chapter 3)
Combination of height and his big head, made him 98'5 ft (30 m or 3000 cm) tall. (Chapter 3-4)
but he used two Devil Fruits Mini Mini no Mi, Ope Ope no Mi and Seimei Kikan to change the length of his head, got rid of horns and lowered his height(Chapter 4)

Why these goofy appearances and humongous heights? because it is the standard One Piece height and quirks, it's reasonable since he has multiple DNAs One Piece races.
