Jacob looked at my hands then at me, "Is everything alright?!" he asked me.

"Jacob…" I started and held his face. "I love you with all of my heart."

Jacob smiled and held my face as well, "I love you more."

This time, I kissed him. I do not plan on letting go either. I need him. I want him. I wrapped my arms around his neck and deepened our kiss. I felt his hands on my waist again but instead of pulling me in tighter like he used to, he tried to pull me off him.

"No," I said and kissed him more.

"Editha," he said as he parted his lips from mine. "Hold on."
