Chapter 3

There's just something about a man driving that turns a girl on. It's not about whether they're attractive or not. It's the sense of responsibility they give off, driving is a big deal. Being a driver you're responsible for everyone in the car. Watching a guy drive is so hot, the way their eyes are focused on the road. The way they keep one hand on the steering wheel and one on the gear shifter. Damn...

Aria appears to be lost in her thoughts as the stranger drives her home. She seems to be in another world while watching him drive. He feels goosebumps appear on his skin as she just keeps her intense stare on him. He glances over and realizes she's not actually focused on him anymore but rather she appears to be daydreaming.

He pulls In front of her Moms house and gets out to help her to the door. "I need you to meet me halfway here dude." he says to her as he's basically taking all of her weight and dragging her with him to the front door. She mumbles some random words and slowly holds some of her own weight. When they get to the bright red door he doesn't know if he should knock or just leave her there since it's past 2am. He's about to knock when Aria stumbles around and pulls keys out of her bag.

Aria struggles to fit the key into the keyhole but instead of helping her he decides to sit and wait in the car to make sure she gets in safely.

Unsurprisingly all the clanging from the keys and Aria cursing woke up the house and soon enough the door is pulled open. "Aria what are you doing here?! It's past 2 in the damn morning!" the woman at the door whisper shouts loud enough for the stranger to hear. It seems like for the first time since she's been dropped off Aria takes in her surroundings and recognition crossed her face.

It takes all of 7 seconds and she Aria is a crying heap on the floor. "She's not coming back Aria.. She isn't here anymore, you need to move on." and with that the lady closes the door completely ignoring the crying girl.

"Shit." the strange man gets out of the car and quickly rushes towards Aria. "Why didn't she let you in?" "What's going on?" he questions her but all she can do is cry. She grabs onto his T-shirt and he pulls her into his arms. She manages to get out four words before she passes out cold. "I want my Mom."

"Fuck." he says to himself. What the hell am I supposed to do now? He thinks. He picks her up bridal style and puts her in the backseat of his car still strapping her in and sits in the car for ten minutes debating on what to do. It seems taking her to his apartment is the only option at this point. With that said he starts the car and drives the still crying girl that is fast asleep towards his apartment.
