61. Do you have a boyfriend?

Many students in the school and in the class were staring dazed at a girl who sat in her seat with a soft smile on her face. The girl hadn't stopped smiling the whole day, ever since she entered the school. They had to wonder what made the beautiful girl so happy.

Amy and Lan Xie had wanted to ask what it was that had made RuQian so happy but they didn't have the chance as the teacher had entered the classroom. Now though, they were both brimming with curiosity. They rushed to RuQian's side as soon as the bell rang for lunch.

"Qian Qian, spill it! Something nice happened, right?" Lan Xie asked enthusiastically.

Amy nodded her head, "That's right, Qian Qian. Tell us what you are so happy about."

Lan Xie rushed to guess why her best friend was happy, "Qian Qian, is it because you were able to buy that beautiful dress yesterday? Oh, oh is it because you met some kind of a handsome boy? Oh, or else did you already find yourself a boyfriend? Is he good? Is he handsome? Do you have his picture? Is he going to escort you to the party? Ooh Ooh, do I know him?"

Amy was slightly shocked, "Qian Qian, do you really have a boyfriend? But I've never seen you talking to any boys though. You know, you could've told us you had a boyfriend. It's not like we wouldn't support you."

RuQian was slightly dazed by how she was being bombarded with so many questions, that she was unable to answer and the crazy girl standing to her right took her silence as her acceptance.

"I knew it, you have a boyfriend. Who is the lucky guy? Is he good to you? Does he treat you well? Oh, have you kissed him yet?" Lan Xie started feeling shy as if she was the one who had been kissed.

They had walked out of their classroom and had gone outside first as the rest of the class was also wondering why RuQian was smiling the whole day.

As they were outside the building, the bodyguard who was hidden from the prying eyes had listened in to their conversation. It wasn't like he had to report anything, all of what he saw played in a live feed for Mu Chen and also recorded everything.

The grey eyed man who was sitting in his office had just a while back opened the feed as it was the girl's lunchtime. He wanted to get a glimpse of her and make sure she was okay.

Now, seeing the questions which were being tossed at her and also seeing that the girl hadn't responded made him spit fire.

Normally he never lost his cool, he usually analyzed every aspect of a situation but this time he did not even wait to see the comical expression on RuQian's face.

He called his secretary in and told him to buy the high school RuQian was studying in and turn it into a girl's only school.

Mai Sichong was slightly flustered by his boss's abrupt order. 'Okay, he has definitely gone crazy. I knew he was acting weird lately.' Mai Sichong sighed internally. 'I should report to the main house and tell them of boss's condition now.'

"What are you waiting for?" The man roared loudly.

This caused the secretary to sweat buckets. His boss had never raised his voice, Ever! The man was the epitome of a calm and collected person, like Buddha. His voice contained threats, coldness even, but he had never raised his voice. This was the first time.

The secretary was about to run out of the room when a sweet and melodic sound filled the quiet room. Mai Sichong blinked his eyes in confusion, while his boss, whose face had been contorted in absolute rage mellowed out in just a fraction of a second.

His eyes turned to his computer and his face instantly became gentle when he saw the girl laughing so openly. She too was always calm and collected, similar to him. Even though she smiled softly, unlike him, she never laughed this openly, she also looked quite happy.

On the other side of the screen, the girl doubled over laughing at her friends. The other students who were passing by, stopped at the sound of such sweet and well cute, laughter and when they turned and saw how angelic she looked while laughing they stared at her amazed.

Even the bodyguard assigned to protect her could not help but be mesmerized by her. The girl in question didn't realize though, that she had everyone around her trapped in a spell.

She finally stopped laughing and lifted her head to the astonished expressions of her friends. She shook them out of their reverie.

Lan Xie realized she was staring and tried to clear her head. Her Qian Qian had always been beautiful but recently she had started behaving like a really mature girl, more like a woman, so she didn't usually laugh out loud in this manner. So seeing her friend like this really surprised her.

"What were the two of you even thinking?" RuQian finally spoke with a hint of a smile. "Why would I have a boyfriend? They are too much of a hassle." She waved her hand. After she finished saying this RuQian's expression suddenly changed to a shocked one and she seemed a little scared.

"Anyway let's go get lunch." RuQian turned around and left the girls staring at her back.

RuQian shivered slightly while she shook her head to clear off the image of a certain grey eyed man that appeared when she said she didn't have a boyfriend.

"What the hell is wrong with me?" She muttered as she entered the building.

The grey eyed man though, was now staring at the girl's retreating back. 'Why did it look like she had some experience with having a boyfriend? When she said a boyfriend was a hassle, it looked like she had experienced that hassle. Why?'.

The poor Mai Sichong who had seen everything, 'Sigh, these days Master is behaving according to his age. Should I be worried or should I be glad? Let's just have some doctors on stand-by, just in case.' He thought as he left the room.

Okay I am thinking of a time skip... Do I do it or not?

Right now RuQian is very young so I thought of doing a time skip.. What do all of you think?

And hang in there. I know having only weekly updates might be boring, but I am trying to write well and give you good content.

I do have an overall storyline but the details are interchangeable.

So please bear with my slow paced uploads and don't curse at me╰(*´︶`*)╯
