244 A New Start (I)

The sun was already on the verge of rising, but deep in the Dark Forest of Mt. Yun, no sunlight would be able to even seep in.

Therefore it was called the Dark Forest, obviously, but it wasn't only because it was dark.

Legends have said that some of the most vicious creatures were born and resided in it. The forest was the birth of the darkness in Mt. Yun.

As time passed by, day turned into night and night turned into day, the forest's bad reputation subsided, but no one dared to enter the forest, not even the bravest heroes knew to step away from it.

The closest people got to the Dark Forest was Yun Li Forest that was on the outskirts of the other. But because no one dared to go into the Dark Forest, some fearsome animals lived there instead, such as lions, panthers, snakes, and more.

Some no longer believed in the Dark Forest, while others thought otherwise.
