Both infants were swaddled and sleeping together in the rolling bassinet, beside Casse’s bed. Her eyes were barely open and as her meds had started to kick in. She was fighting sleep, but she wanted to see Aiden with the kids. She needed to see how he was going to react, now that they were here.
