1 Prologue
How many of you know that there existed the form of police that safeguarded all the races and the world from the evil supernatural?
Not much?
Doesn't matter, now you know it and I'll take you on a journey of how you become one of those force that always stays in shadows watching over everything and serve justice. We call them Spectres, I am one of them, or in process of becoming one.
This is a tale, well more of an adventure that I and my friends go through in our school days.
We fight!
We stand united!
We break rules!
We are not the bunch of students that are clearly the favorites of teachers, because of our shenanigans and academics but still we manage to get through!
But if someone poses any threat to even a single member, he's declared a war against all of us and to tell you the truth we are well trained and skilled fighters and also animalistic because of our species for that matter.
We have a lot of people who stand by us, the vampires, the werewolves, the beasts, the wizards and also the humans. We maybe called a rowdy bunch of nefarious brats but we're the driving force of Phantom Academia and no one can get such a title.
I didn't give my name, right? Sorry for that, I'm called... Read and you'll know more of me.

It was nearly around 215 years ago that the war was waged between all the countries in the world, the conflicts gave rise to mass destruction. The countries used their military powers, nuclear weapons and other destructive means. The sole purpose that this war served was making the humans go bankrupt and die, and a lot of destruction, a total annihilation occurred.
The result of this was that apart from the remaining human species rose those of the dark world. They saw the total overall view of the environment and life eradication of the world and took the reigns in their hands. Our ancestors that were the creatures those stayed in shadows and watched the humans do whatever they wanted decided to emerge when humans became totally limitless. It was a needful deed that our ancestors did to save our world or no creature would've survived, the earth would've turned like the other lifeless planets.
The country Evalia is divided into 13 sectors and a separate island which is quite large but still is not specified in the world map. The school of Phantoms is situated on that island nestled between the thick ancient trees guarded by the enchanted wall which no one can cross except for those who know where they are going and those who have the permission.
The world after destruction was reconstructed and each country was renamed under the name of the ancestor who took care of that particular province. Evalia was reformed from the scratch by the Vampire ancestor whose name was Evalia Inglessoria. She was a three thousand year old vampire who set up the political, economical and social norms for the Evalia citizens aka Evalians. The country which is the neighbor of Evalia is Vornen, the country formed by Vornen Goristorv. He was a wizard who aged over 500 years, Vornen country is divided into thirteen sectors too. Likely, the other ancestors developed their own nations and took care of it till they were alive.
A treaty that was formed 210 years ago on 31 October 2170, it's still intact but there are always loopholes, some of the humans still think that we are threat and they always plan revolts (even after what they did). To prove their points determinate there are a few covens, packs and other species that hold this rule that humans shouldn't be held as equals as they are weaker species than us, they think of humans as just the food and slaves. They even kidnap humans to keep them for themselves or use them for trafficking, that's also a big issue nowadays as many of the humans are going missing.
The rules that formed from the treaty were obligatory, each species had a different set of rules for them laid down by the great ancestors of each species together.
For us vampires there are set of rules that we obey.
• Never kill a human being.
• Never change a human into a vampire, unless it is an extreme case or marital condition.
• Never enslave any other species including vampires, humans, werewolves, beasts, wizards etc.
• Never start fights in public it may lead to the punishments from the legal law enforcers.
• Every vampire should take his/her blood supply from the respective supplier hubs in every two weeks. (It's a bit different for us at school)
• No vampire is allowed to feed from any human unless the human has his/her consent.
• Not to harm the public property.
• Never misuse the position of the enforcers.
• No rogues are allowed, if found he/she should be eliminated or reported immediately.
The werewolves have their set of rules.
• Never harm public property.
(There had been case where the werewolves had gone berserk and shifted right in between the mall on the ground floor making a great damage.)
• Never kill any other species.
• Never enslave any species including vampires, humans, werewolves, beasts, wizards etc.
• Never start fights publicly it may lead to the punishments from the legal law enforcers.
• Never misuse the position of the enforcers.
• No rogues are allowed, if found he/she should be eliminated or reported immediately.
Even the other species have their own set of rules which consist most of the things like our rules do, like never to kill any human, or harm the property. Never to misuse the position and eliminate or report the rogues if found. Not to start fights or enslave any species, a few rules were extra like in case of our rules where we aren't allowed to turn a human into vampire unless it's a extreme case or marital condition. The wizards aren't allowed to use their magic for wrong purposes like summoning some demon or using it to kill or enslave anyone. The beasts aren't allowed to eat humans so they only feed on the human diet. But sometimes they're given the dead corpses of the orphans and the people who commit suicide and are never claimed by anybody. And the way the things are the beasts get plenty of food for themselves. The things are kept a track of and no one is allowed to break the law or violate any rules. If did, they are either thrown in the cells forever or executed.
The rules are absolute and every vampire and other species has to obey them, we are taught to be strong enough to protect ourselves and the citizens of Evalia. There are schools which teach teenager students since the start of how to be law enforcers, even I am in one such school yes, but we are trained to be like the name of our school, the early and capable students are given missions to locate the rogues. If found report them or eliminate them right away, no rogues are allowed to live.
There is a special name for the people who are the silent protectors and also the law enforcers of this world, the ones who pass out of the special place which is well hidden, away from the eyes of the peers and also of the dangers (not all of them). The name of the place is Phantom Academia, and the enforcers are known as Spectres, the Phantom students are trained to be Spectres.
