Kylian's confession

The enforcers quickly made their way in but the first one to enter was immediately vaporized by the spell Melwise casted at the entrance to the house. The rest of them restrained and after carefully accessing their options they made a huge hole in the wall and entered the house. Meanwhile Melwise had already left for the cellar to get Peter and his friends so they could escape.

"What's going on upstairs I heard a loud noise" Peter asked.

"It's the enforcers, they've gotten in" Melwise said. "We have to leave now". They left through a secret passage that led to the forest but when they came out they saw the enforcers and the tenacious goblin tailor Mr Rublert waiting for them.

"Let's see how you wriggle your way through this now Peter!" he said.

"Melwise whitewing, you are a member of the order of guardian angels so I will give you one last chance to cooperate with us and hand over the Intruders" said Bongle the captain of the enforcers.

"Ooh, is that you Bongle dear" Melwise said trying to charm the enforcer. "I'm sure we can come to a sort of agreement after all the children mean no harm and are not a threat".

"I am not concerned as to whether they're a threat or not. I must act according to my orders" Bongle said.

"But for old times sake Bongle just let us off, we just want to have an audience with the council of Queens" Melwise said.

"I would be risking my safety and that of my family's" Bongle said. "I hope you understand".

" I'm sorry too Bongle, I hope you understand" Melwise said and immediately with the lightening spell she blasted Bongle sending him crashing into a tree and a scuffle between tne enforcers and Peter's party ensued. Alice being the best magic caster amongst them creatively used a smoke screen to block the vision of the enforcers and bellowed "Lotumus!" causing the ground to become muddy and solidify holding the enforcers in place. Kylian and Marie with a combined attack blasted one of the enforcers who was planted on the ground into the same tree Bongle crashed into.

"Let's go now!" Peter yelled.

"We have to finish them off or they'll continue to come after us!" Alice said.

"I don't think the council of Queens will be too pleased giving audience to the people who murdered her men" Peter said reiterating his stand on the matter.

"He's right Alice, we have to go now" Claire said.

"Melwise please stop!" Adrien shouted. Melwise was about to kill Mr Rublert who seemed to have escaped Alice's spell and was hiding in the trees and about to attack them but was quickly stopped by Adrien. They put enchanted locks on all seven of them including the goblin tailor Mr Rublert and they left.

They walked mainly in pairs along the bush Path; Kylian walking beside Marie, Adrien discussing with Melwise and Alice just ahead of Peter who seemed to be enjoying his discussion with Claire. As they walked further along the path the ground rumbled like an earthquake was about to occur and Alice quickly ran towards Peter whom Claire was already holding unto tightly.

"What's going on?" Marie asked from behind.

"I don't have the faintest idea" Peter said.

"An earthquake perhaps?" Claire asked.

"No it's not that" Melwise said. "Run!" and they all took to their heels as they bolted along the path, they ran for about five minutes when the ground in front of Melwise and Adrien quicky split open and a dragon like creature came out from it and on seeing them sprayed them with fire from it's mouth but Melwise for the first time in the presence of the children spread her wings and successfully blocked off the fire that was about to befall them.

"Are you ok?" Adrien shouted.

"I am fine you guys should leave here now!" Melwise shouted.

"No!, we're not leaving without you" Peter yelled. The fiery attack came to an end and she flew back down and folded her wing and she began to glow after a while she turned to the creature and released an enormous amount of fire from her body blasting the creature and making it to tumble backward. She had absorbed the attack with her wing and used it against the creature.

"What is that thing?" Adrien asked Melwise.

"That's Nordal the dragon king of the northern forest" Melwise said.

"Why is it coming after us?" asked Alice.

"It seems the enforcers woke it up" Melwise said.

"They really want to kill us that bad?" Peter said.

"They're just doing their jobs Peter" Melwise said. They took a different route and went further into the forest, they hadn't gone very far when they saw Nordal fly over them.

"It's followed us!" Marie said.

"We're just going to have to fight it off Melwise said. The dragon landed and this time with it's inswinging tail hit Melwise who was at the forefront and Adrien who was just beside her and sent them flying into the nearby bushes.

"Temponervorum!" Peter bellowed but when the spell hit the dragon it didn't do any harm, it was like the spell had no effect.

"Flammeum!" Alice yelled and a giant flaming spear was sent flying towards the dragon but it deflected it with it's tail.

"It's going to take more than that to defeat Nordal" said Melwise who came out carrying an already unconscious Adrien out of the bush.

"What's happened to him?" Peter asked.

"The dragons tail caught him and he broke a rib, he'll be fine though" Melwise said. The dragon ascended and rained fire down on them and Melwise spread her wings again with Adrien still in her arms and successfully got hit by the rain of fire, the attack was to powerful for her so she couldn't absorb it and she collapsed to the ground. Peter ran towards her stretching his hands towards the fire and bellowed "Duratus!" and the fire began to turn to ice until it got to the mouth of the dragon and it fell and crashed into the ground.

"I didn't know you could do that Peter" Claire said as Marie and Kylian watched in astonishment.

"I didn't even know I could do that either" Peter said as he looked at his hands. Alice ran towards the dragon and with a curse she attempted to kill the dragon but it swung it's tail and hit her sending her flying into Peter who caught her and fell on the floor. The dragon got up and began walking towards them as the sound from its footsteps echoed throughout the forest. Marie ran forward towards it trying to protect Peter, Alice, Melwise and Adrien who were at that time immobile and began shooting curses at it but it was just a mere scratch and was about to strike Marie with its wing when Kylian bellowed "Temponervorum!" and struck Marie and she fell to the ground with the swinging wing missing it's target. Peter and Alice struggled to get up and when they did they saw themselves a few meters from the dragon. It was about to rain fire on them when Kylian flanked it and blasted it with an ineffective spell to get it's attention which he managed to do, the dragon turned and began to charge towards him but when it got close the sun rose in the sky and immediately the ground rumbled and a big void opened and swallowed the dragon but as it went into the void it threw it's tail grabbing Kylian by his neck and they both went into the void and it closed.

"Kylian!" Marie who had already gotten up yelled with a loud cry, she ran towards where the void had opened and began to beat on the ground with her hand with the hope that it would magically open and throw out Kylian but it was pointless. Peter, Alice and Melwise ran to where she was to comfort her but she would not be comforted, she rolled on the ground as she cried and called out kylian's name. Peter and Alice too began to cry too but it was far quieter than Marie's.

"Look here" Melwise said as she reached for a piece of paper that was covered in dirt on the ground.

"What does it say" said Peter wiping his tears as he helped Alice up.

"It says Marie" said Melwise and immediately Marie got up and ran towards Melwise and forcefully dragged the paper from her hand. It was a letter from Kylian for her.

"I had a dream the last night at Peter's cottage before we all left for the council and it was about you. It was peaceful and calm, infact it was the most peace I've felt in a long time. We laid in a field of flowers covered with lilies and dandelions as the cold sun beat upon our faces. I rested my head on your belly and we talked about the world and it's charms. We would often switch sceneries and in a second we were in school and you were with a lollipop you stole from the cafeteria in your mouth coming into the class. You saw me at the door and smiled for your smile was perfect it brightened my already perfect dream world. You came in and gently stroked my chin and asked me "Do you want one?" and I said "of course I do" then you pulled out the lollipop from your pocket but before you gave it to me you said "kiss me" at first I was reluctant but then your eyes assured me I was in the clear and I leaned forward and gave you a kiss but you quickly pulled your face and said "Don't steal everything" and you made that face you normally would when you were trying to be funny. You proceeded to walk past me into the class and towards your seat and as you walked I saw perfection in every step in every hello you said to your friends and in that moment I knew I was happy. But just then tears rolled down my cheek while I was still basking in your awesomeness and I knew my dream was coming to an end and it was time to stare at the cold face of reality. I opened my eyes and luckily I was able to recollect every moment I had dreamed about and I picked up my pen and wrote what happiness felt like. It was only a thing of dreams. But I shall dream on, I shall continue to dream of you so I'll be in an endless loop of happiness forever with you. I don't want this note to put a dent on our friendship as I sincerely enjoy being friends with you. I just want you to see yourself through my eyes and you probably will never get to see this but at least I've poured out my heart on this piece of paper". After she read the contents she immediately fell down to her kneels and began to cry again.
