"Why are they chasing after us?" Nikki inquired as we swiftly navigated the security framework.

"They're undercover TSA spies posing as guards, it's possible that everyone here is actually a TSA spy!" "September said,"

We walked through the lobby that led to a sitting area, filled with people sitting on stuffed seats, engrossed in their phones, chatting with friends, or simply observing us as we hurried past the guards.

"Okay, in the restroom!" Tisiah remarked. "We can go our separate ways."

We hurriedly moved through the area, each choosing our own separate routes. Malachi, Tisiah, and I quickly entered the room after crossing the lobby, and we paused - gasping for breath.

"Alright, just make sure to keep the entrance closed," Malachi said. Unfortunately, at that moment, we were forcefully knocked to the ground when they managed to break through.

We quickly got up, but I was still disoriented from the fall.

"Give us Connor right now," one of them demanded.

"You're not quite capturing him." Malachi chuckled, "You'll have quite the challenge getting to him before you can even touch him."

Something about that quote hurt my spirit. I'm sure it was the way it was worded.

"Then, very well," one of them said.

We rushed towards each other, with me targeting the one on the far left. The gatekeeper swiftly threw a punch at me, but I skillfully evaded it and swiftly maneuvered him towards the slowdown with great effort.

Somehow, I managed to do it, and the door even broke in the process, resulting in him falling onto the toilet.

He stood up and unleashed a relentless barrage of punches, leaving me with little room to dodge each one.

I swiftly elbowed him in the stomach, followed by a quick right to the cheek, causing him to collide with the wall. He slumped down to the floor, completely unaware.

Malachi, Tisiah, and I were completely taken aback. However, at that moment, additional guards quickly entered the restroom, surrounding a few individuals. Quickly, Tisiah retrieved his wand and cast an affliction towards them. We quickly left the restroom, leaving them behind, as they were blown in the opposite direction. As a few others approached, I quickly activated my Perk - albeit at a restrained intensity - and delivered a punch to one of them. Regardless, the strength was overwhelming, and I swiftly defeated him.

"Hold up!" I said. "That was insane." However, in that moment, the other forcefully struck me in the stomach, causing me to be propelled through the air before landing abruptly on the floor. I quickly stood up, but this time I was abruptly brought down to the chilly ground, not by a guard though. It was by Malachi.

"Sit back and relax, we're here to help," he said, with a chuckle.

"Hilarious," I replied, unamused.

I glanced outside and witnessed Tisiah firing bolts at them, yet they skillfully evaded the attacks.

"You all okay?" he asked.

"Yeah," I replied. Malachi and I rose, readying our abilities to confront any potential TSA operatives lurking in the darkness.

"This is crazy!" Tisiah remarked. "The whole place is filled with them!"

I prepared my Perk, however rather than hitting them, I planned to stir things up around town and make every one of them impact out the washroom. I eagerly prepared it, feeling a surge of excitement coursing through me — and I hit the floor, causing it to radiate with energy.

Everyone was surprised, and they quickly rushed out of the restroom. Every single one of them was eliminated, incapacitated, or completely shocked.

"How about we leave," Malachi said. We quickly exited the washroom and began searching for September and their companions, eager to see if they had completed their task.

When we arrived, the safety officers quickly left the washroom, their eyes filled with fear.

"What occurred?" I inquired. September replied, "You utilized your advantage and they scurried away in fear — fleeing like a bunch of scared children."

"To be completely honest with you, I would most likely agree," Tisiah admitted. As we were conversing, we overheard: Journey to England, please proceed to F3.

As he uttered those words, September's gaze froze in place. "Oops — I neglected to complete the check-in process for our flight."

We all looked at each other in concern, unsure of what to do. "Stand by, could Nikki at any point make us our tickets just to be safe," I said.

"Ideally the flight goes smoothly before they discover," September said. We walked towards the line, growing increasingly anxious and perspiring as we approached him. When we encountered him, he noticed us and asked, "Do you all have someone in charge?"

"Indeed, we do," Nikki replied. "They promptly investigated the aircraft."

"Wow," he whispered under his breath. Nikki handed him our assumed tickets and we casually walked through the corridor onto the plane.

"Did you choose the highest quality option?" Malachi inquired of Nikki. She shook her head, and he groaned in frustration as we returned to the less luxurious seats. I quickly rushed towards the window and settled down, finding the warm seat to be quite comfortable. However, at that moment, someone approached me and decided to sit next to me. September sighed, and she glanced at me — who was still becoming intrigued just by examining the plane's wings.

We had been traveling for hours on our journey to England, yet we were still far from reaching our destination. I reclined and reflected on the events of the past few months, considering the significant shift that had taken place in my life when I witnessed that conflict. If I hadn't been curious and open-minded, I would've missed out on something truly incredible and one-of-a-kind. I couldn't help but crack a smile. As I had anticipated, I felt a gentle tap on my shoulder, causing me to divert my attention to the side where September stood. "Hello," she greeted. "Are you alright?" I signaled, and I reconsidered my decision. "You seem to be deep in thought," she remarked. I chuckled, "It's something I do all the time."

"Same," she replied with a gentler tone.

"Sometimes I think about you," I said, reflecting on my previous statement. "Many things, clearly."

She glanced at me and smiled, and I did the same. "I hope you share a similar perspective as me," I said, after a deep sigh.

"There's no need for you to feel embarrassed," she said.

"I'm not," I replied. "It's incredibly satisfying to surprise someone special."

Out of nowhere, Malachi casually approached us and gave us a curious look, as if we were suspicious or something of that sort. "Hey there," I said, trying my best to sound confident.

You can hardly imagine, getting the chance to say such things to a young lady you really like is like winning the lottery, it happens so rarely! So the way that this happened, I'm just trying my best to contain my excitement and not jump and yell.

"Hello..." Malachi said, sounding slightly worried. "Are we going to be transported to the BMO base once we land?"

"Yeah, essentially," September replied. "We'll locate a suitable location once we disembark from this aircraft." Malachi motioned for me to return to my seat, while September gently caressed my face, her fingers making soft contact.

"Why haven't you tried talking to me since the battle?" I asked.

"Since I've been in the midst of contemplating," she said.

"Moreover, considering your fear of me," I stated. "I promise you, my Perk won't cause any harm."

"You know, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed," she said.

"About what?" I asked.

"I was stressed you planned to kill me," she said. "I had a rather curious feeling about you when we were in that area, and you engaged your Perk in a unique way."

"Second, yet you weren't there to see the first," I said. She looked at me with a bewildered expression. "So you were aware of your ability for quite some time?"

"Not exactly, I happened to use it once," I replied.

"Coincidentally?" she asked.

"Yeah, it was an unfortunate incident," I said. "Some TSA trained professionals in vests were attempting to kill me since I coincidentally saw their activity or something to that effect."

"Wow, that sounds absolutely mind-blowing," she exclaimed. "In any case, it seems alright now, that's how you were welcomed to the school."

"Yeah," I replied. "That's how I ended up here."

"I can't fully believe that you managed," she remarked.

"Me neither," I replied.

"Certainly, it seems imperative that we make our way to the base and promptly address the situation," she stated. "We only have 13 hours remaining until our arrival."

I chuckled and reclined my head once more on the seat, staring up at the ceiling.
