Birthday (1)

Aisha and Jiwook continued with their dating life and it had almost been a year now. They were happy with each other and enjoyed each other's company.

Jiwook knew that he was serious about the relationship he had with her. He had already decided to take her home to meet his parents.

He had asked Aisha earlier too but, she was a bit nervous which is why, she kept on postponing meeting his family.

She also had no idea how she was gonna introduce him to her own family.

Her parents would go to the countryside again and again. Most of the time she would be alone which gave her more time to spend with Jiwook.

Her brother had gone abroad for his higher studies. Aisha and Jiwook would go out for doing some exciting stuff together such as, visiting an amusement park. He literally killed Aisha by making her face her deepest fear of heights. She was almost forced into riding all the scary roller coasters!

'I am beginning to question this relationship of ours now. I mean if you don't like me its okay, you can leave me but killing me? Isn't that too cruel!' she had said.

Jiwook had laughed hard at her sarcastic remarks and enjoyed annoying her. They had a really great time together.

It was Aisha's birthday next week and she had no idea as to what Jiwook had planned.

Jiwook wanted her to spend her entire day with him on her birthday.

And the most awaited day had arrived. Her parents had called her and chatted with her for awhile. She talked to her grandmother too who showered her with blessings.Her brother had sent her a gift as he was unable to be there on her birthday.

Jiwook came to pick her up early in the morning. She invited him in and together they went to her bedroom.

"I am not even ready yet. Aren't you too early?"

"Alright then, get ready while I wait here."

After that aisha went for a bath while Jiwook inspected her room.

This was the first time he had entered her room. He would always been to her house to pick her up.

And she had asked him not to pick her up when her parents were present, as they were not okay with long time dating.

They were a bit conservative and preferred marriage over live-in kind of relationship.

Aisha valued her parent's point of view but she didn't want to force Jiwook into getting married with her. She wanted him to take his time. Which is why, she came up with a conclusion that, as long as he was not ready for marriage, they would not disclose their relationship to her parents. Jiwook, understanding Aisha's point of view, readily agreed with her, as he didn't want her to be stressed about stuff like that.

After her shower she came outside in a robe.

"Turn around." she said a bit flustered.

Jiwook glanced at her and lazily turned around.

"Someday you will have to show me everything. Why wait?" he teased.

"Y-you are so shameless!"

"Yep but only with you. Now come on get ready fast. We have a lot of things to do."

Aisha wore a crop top and a skirt and applied a bit makeup and was ready .

"Alright let's go."

They took their seat and Jiwook drove her to a cafe for her morning breakfast.

"Let's have breakfast and then we can go for shopping."

"Okay! By the way, you are gonna be broke today" she teased.

"It's okay" he answered with a smile.

"But first I want to visit the temple, please."

"As you say", with that he drove her to the temple first and then returned to the cafe they had stopped earlier at.

After having breakfast they went for shopping.

Aisha bought one dress for herself as the showroom they went to was really expensive selling all custom made clothes but, Jiwook forced her into buying three more dresses as well as heels.

Jiwook knew that Aisha was not at all into brands and stuff. But he wanted her to have the best of all.

After their shopping spree Aisha asked him to go to the children's store. She went there and bought a lot of clothes as well as toys.

Jiwook had already ordered a huge cake as he had already expected Aisha to spend her birthday with the orphanage kids.

The cake was to be directly sent to the orphanage itself.

After their shopping for kids, they arrived at the orphanage and Aisha was surprised to see everyone already present there .They had decorated the walls with balloons.

Aisha looked at Jiwook and hugged him as she knew that he was the one behind it.

"Thank you so much for everything" she said a bit emotional.

"Anything for you" he said, while lovingly kissing her on her head.

All of them sang her happy birthday and then she cut the cake

She first fed it to Jiwook and then distributed it amongst the kids and the workers. She then gave the kids the clothes and toys she had bought for them.

She had been doing this for almost six years now and nothing had changed. She had wanted to be remembered as someone helpul and since she could afford it, then why not.

She even helped with cooking in the temple on this day and other special occasions. But today, since she was gonna spend time with Jiwook she donated some money over there in order to help them with its maintenance.

After leaving the orphanage they went for an evening stroll on the streets as Jiwook knew that she enjoyed looking at random stuff.
