Chen Xiaolong took the procurement order, which listed some fairly common herbs.

Although they were not as valuable as the herbs harvested from the mountain behind the village, they were also an indispensable part.

There was a large demand for these basic herbs, and almost every prescription required them.

"Alright, I understand, I'll keep an eye out."

Chen Xiaolong nodded. Normally, this task would've been handled through a communal purchase organized by the village.

However, there was still some time left before that, and since Chen Xiaolong was going to the county town, he naturally planned to bring some back.

"Mhm, just bring as much as you can, even a portion would be enough."

Zhang reminded him a few times, with no expectation of completing the purchase all at once.
