Marian froze when she heard the door to lady Summer's chamber being pushed open. She had woken up more than half an hour ago to find herself sleeping on lady Summer's bed. No matter how hard she tried to remember, she could not remember how she ended up in lady Summer's bed.

The last thing she could remember was following lady Summer and Eva to visit the resting palace of the dead baby.
