The New Member

Ryder: Okay pups and Athen let's go to the hotel room. I got something important to tell you guys.

They walked to the stairs and started climbing them up to the penthouse.

When they got up to the 23rd floor the power came back on and the storm was moving away from the city.

Rocky: "Yes! The power is back on!"

Tracker: "That's good because I'm afraid of the dark."

Zuma: "I wonder what Wyder wants to talk about."

Chase: "I think he's going to thank us for trying to help?"

Skye: "Maybe."

At the hotel room the pups sat at their usual stops like at the lookout. Athen stood from a distance.

Ryder: "Hey Athen, your in this conversation too."

Athen: "Really?!" he said excitedly. "Okay!"

So Athen stood by Marshall.

Ryder: "Okay pups we have something to talk about. Athen helps us a lot today. He found the hole and help figured out that it was Mayor Humdinger and his kittens who stole the Jewels of England. And he also came up with the idea for helping us get out of the elevator. He a really smart guy and that got me thinking...."

Athen knew where this was going, but the pups had no clue what Ryder is talking about.

Ryder: "Athen, come up to me please?"

Athen goes up to Ryder smiling.

Ryder: "Athen, as the Paw Patrol leader, I am making you a official PAW PATROL MEMBER!! Congratulations!!"

Pups: *Howling!*

Ryder: "Here is your Paw Patrol Badge."

Athen"s badge is light blue with a brain, meaning smart with a lightning bolt going through it. Ryder stuck it on his shirt.

Athen: "Thanks Ryder! Thanks pups! I am so so so excited."

Pups & Ryder: *Laughter*

Chase: "Ryder, is Athen gonna live with us at the lookout?"

Ryder looks at Athen.

Athen: "Um.. SURE Why not!!! I got nothing here for me."

Pups: "Yay!"

Rubble: "Were gonna have so much fun with you."

Rocky: "Yeah we can play Freeze Tag..."

Everest: "That's my favorite game!"

Athen: "Mine too!"

Ryder: *Laughter* "Okay Paw Patrol including Athen, time for bed."

The pups get in their pup beds that they took from home. Mayor Goodway and Katie slept together, Jake and Carlos also slept together as well. Ryder was sleeping by himself but now Athen is now sleeping with him. Chase got a little worry because he thought that Ryder likes Athen more then him and the pups. He slowly went to sleep but not peacefully...
