Stuck In A Mysterious Place

Mountains were destroyed, the very fabrics of the skies were torn apart, and oceans parted ways as the surrounding continents then entered full pandemonium.

"What did you do!!!" The young man shouted out in fear as he watched helplessly as his little children were torn apart by the splitting of the surrounding air. Suddenly, in the surroundings, a black hole the size of ten meters mysteriously formed.

"What did I do? I am unaware just as much as you." Jin's voice which was filled with indifference and tinged with a slight interest entered the young man's ears as he spurted blood in anger.

As he lost consciousness, the last thing he saw was the body of Jin being sucked into a black hole. Even now, as he watched it, he did not feel a slight bit of relief but instead a dire fear for his life, whole watching the eyes of Jin that gazed on him, as if he was a dead man living.

As soon as Jin's body was sucked into the black hole, the hole disappeared along with the massive explosions throughout the large continents, leaving the inhabitants gob-smacked.

Inside of a brightly lit throne room that spanned for an indefinite length, sitting on top of a throne thousands of meters in length, a being who was also thousands of meters in height had his eyes closed as he rested his face on his palm which was supported by an arm that rested on his throne's armrest.

Suddenly, his eyes opened, revealing a beautiful pair of azure blue eyes that released splendorous beams of blue lights as he muttered.

"Which stupid being is so much of an idiotic fool to dare affect reality on such a massive scale in Outer Universe 7!!!"

BOOM!!!!

His mere voice that reverberated in his surroundings shook the very origin of space as cracks formed in the air.

He then closed his eyes and quietly whispered.

"Little Zheng, send a message to the ruler of Outer Universe 7. If he does not find the perpetrators who affected the fabrics of Reality in such a way, then I will personally send someone to erase his existence!!!"

Grandly, he ordered a minion of his to send an order for a being who rules a universe to become a patrolman. A being who can not only live forever but is unable to be killed by mere mortals and even Immortals, yet this level of existence was a mere patrol for this great being.

"Yes, Great Master!!"

The voice of a female who looked to be in her early teens then resounded in the throne room as a suffocating pressure that was present in the room, suddenly vanished but, if someone was present, they would be unable to even realize, since the pressure that was being exerted by the being on the throne was seemingly billions of times more potent.

'Huh?'

Jin found himself floating in a never-ending dark space as he couldn't sense his surroundings. Immediately after, a golden shimmering item the size of an inch and shaped in a human form appeared in his palm of Jin as he then abruptly threw it into his mouth and down his throat.

'Mmm, yes finally, my energy, my stamina, it's finally back!!!' Jin thought in excitement as he then felt his level four regeneration taking effect.

Calming himself, Jin then thought. 'Little system, where am I?'

Not hearing an answer, he was about to question again but, he suddenly remembered one of the warnings given by the system, that warning said that it will be completely offline for an indefinite amount of time after the activation of the Divine Intervention Ticket.

'Hmm, though the system said it was going offline, how was I able to use the inventory function?' Jin thought in confusion as he then decided to not bother trying to think too deeply into it as he was not one to overly overwork his brain.

1hr Later...

Inside a never-ending sea of blackness, one can see the body of Jin afloat, as he had a bored expression on his face.

Urgh!!!

Letting out a bored groan, Jin then sat in a lotus position as he opened his palm, revealing ten shimmering balls of golden light, each was the size of a plum.

'Though, I was not able to see what would have happened last time, let's check now since I have absolutely nothing to do.' Jin thought as he then threw all ten beast cores into his mouth and swallowed it.

Right after, Jin felt an immense amount of energy as he then entered his middle dantian so that he could see the changes in his Nascent Soul...if any at all.

Pffffftttttthahahaha!!!!

What Jin saw was something only someone with the mind of a five-year-old would laugh at as he gazed upon the sight of his Nascent Soul which was basically a baby oozing out black liquid, as its appearance was now that of a pregnant baby that oozed out a black liquid.

Anyway, right after that, his face turned back to his indifferent one as he started focusing on expanding his domain.

10 Minutes Later...

Boom!!

A muffled booming sound escaped from Jin's body as then thought. 'It seems that I have finally absorbed enough energy to reach the second level of the Energy Creating realm. I estimate that it'll take another five minutes before I can fully absorb the energy from those ten beast cores.'

'But, more importantly, my physical body feels a lot more strong compared to how I was when I had just appeared in this space filled with this dark energy. I wonder, is this because of my new skill, does the ability 'reactive evolution have anything with this?'

Tsk!!

'In situations like these, I really do miss the system!!!' Jin thought as he clicked his tongue in annoyance as his left eye couldn't help but twitch.

'The most annoying thing though is this dark space as I have been stuck here for at least an hour by now.' Jin thought in his mind as his left eye began to uncontrollably twitch.

As Jin was thinking that, he continued to absorb the energy contained in the cores until there was none left.

His body drifted through the sea of dark energy as Jin then decided something.

'I wonder what'll happen if I absorb every spec of energy inside of this place, would I then find a way to leave.' Jin thought with an amused smile as he remembered his system saying that because of one of his bloodline abilities, he can absorb large amounts of any kind of energy.

Thinking this, Jin closed his eyes which were surprisingly opened the whole time as he crossed his legs and entered a serene state. For the first time since entering here, he had an objective, a plan. He would aim to absorb everything inside of this never-ending space of dark energy.

What he did not know was the fact that he'll be in for an extremely long and arduous ride...or more precisely, a long and arduous float as not only would it take an extremely long time to absorb this sea of darkness, greatly surprise him, the destination in which he would eventually end up after he finished absorbing the energy inside of here, would be of great surprise to him as well.
