Alex who does not still understand what's going left the portal to find a huge purple portal.

" Sure" with a determined look Alex approached the portal and entered

Entering inside the portal Alex could see a narrow road leasing somewhere and on the walls he could see crystals. These crystals served as lighting as through their bright colours Alex could see.

Walking down this narrow road Alex could then see a huge door.

{ Host has arrived at Destiny's Door}

Approaching this door a small portal opened right in front of the door.

{ The Trial will now begin}

A shadowy figure with red eyes emerged from the portals

The shadowy figure then took a step and in an instant he was right in front of Alex.

" Hmmm, are you the one I was asking to test" He spoke in a cold voice while observing Alex closely

" Yes..." Alex tried his best not to show any sign of fear

" You are weak" he said " but I'll give you a chance to prove yourself, you have 5mins to land one attack on me"

" That's it" Alex said surprised he doesn't have to fight him till their HP reach zero

" Aren't you glad that's it, if we were to fight the outcome is pretty obvious but if you fail to do this then we just might end up fighting.... You wouldn't want that now would you"

Alex then got in a fighting stance and immediately tried summoning his subordinates but did not get any response.

' I see, I'm all alone' Alex said and began his attack, he was shocked that he couldn't even use his available stat points for reaching level 49, he just couldn't access anything in the system aside from his weapon.

Alex tried attacking the shadow of trial so many times and even tried switching his weapon while attacking to create confusion towards this shadowy figure but it was useless

" Your little tricks won't work, 4 mins lefts".

' his very fast and has incredible reflex, he's been on defense and I can't even land a hit. I'll have to use instant step thankfully my 3 stacks were refreshed'

Appearing from behind Alex tried attacking, the shadowy figure turned and got ready to dodge but Alex already predicted this appearing by his side and attack the shadowy figure dodged but Alex attacke never came, he appeared behind him again and attack with a smile. He already knew this guy was fast and would probably have a lot of battles experience so he's first and second attack would definitely not work but what Alex didn't know was this guy have been through a lot more experience than he can think of.

Alex was shocked to see that he missed, looking at this figures red eyes he was left speechless.

" 2 mins" the shadow said as if trying to mock him.

Alex immediately transformed his sword into a bow in hopes that the other end of this bow would touch him which was exactly what happened.

" I win" Alex said with a smile

" Huh?" The figure wondered what Alex was talking about but soon looked down to see the end of Alex sword curved like a bow.

" That counts, doesn't it" Alex said creating some space between them .

" I'm indeed impressed, the truth is you were never suppose to pass this trial" the figure said " once your 5mins are up, I would begin and attack on you and you are meant to survive for 5 seconds which I would go easy on you but I guess you don't need my pity for this I'll give you a gift "

" If the trial is over what about this door " Alex said pointing at the huge door behind them

" On the other side of this door is something you are not ready for now, you must remember that you need to get stronger and need to get stronger fast, grow a powerful army because what's behind this door is out of my reach for now the danger there is asleep so you don't need to worry, I'll take my leave now, I have high expectations for you... Champion " a portal soon opened and the shadow of trial left.

Alex looked back at the door taking everything the shadow of trial has said in but soon got a system notification.

" I don't even plan on opening it, the aura alone from the door is so strong I feel like I'll be crushed by it" Alex said as a portal opened up, which Alex went through
