The darkness seemed to shake as Nu shifted getting more comfortable placing the ball on her generous chest. "So what do you want your name to be?"
"Axess." The ball said without a second thought as it started bouncing getting a small giggle out of Nu.
"OK Axess why don't you tell me what you know, while I get you ready," Nu said her many eyes glowing as she started to move her hands. There was a pause as Axess stopped bouncing.
"You are Nu an invader goddess a divine being without a world of their own, normally you would sustain yourself on small prayers random that weren't targeted to any deity and move on. But during your feeding on this world, a god here was somehow untethered or destroyed destabilizing the world due to a major mana imbalance. Luckily here you are a passing by invader goddess of a similar mana attribute to the deity that had just gone missing, the creator took notice and used their power to bind you to this world, but that was many centuries ago when you wanted to break free and before pops. Now something has changed and your presence is being erased and in order for that to stop, that's where pops and now I come in."
Nu paused seeming stunned for a second before moving again pulling a light out of her palm and planting it in Axess. "Good, then nothing need's to be explained." Nu smiled before picking up Axess creating a window behind him. "Before I send you, do you want to keep your old memories because I could use them to make you a new skill?"
"Let's be fair to the world I'll take the skill, plus It will be easier to adapt to my new body with a clean slate," Axess said as he turned away letting Nu work pulling out his memories and weaving them into another ball of light she placed in me before putting her finger behind me.
"Good luck Axess I'll be watching," Nu flicked Axess into the darkness through a soft wall that broke into a blinding light taking his vision. When it cleared Axess found himself floating in a large water tank staring at a fat sweaty man who was smiling as he adjusted his collar as a cloaked figure appeared in a pale flash of light.
"Oh ho ho, You have done very well my friend, very well indeed," The fat man turned to the figure his body quivering with excitement. "I now own the only painted shadow koi In captivity, the insights I will gain will be glorious. Now for your reward my friend," The two left the room shutting off the lights leaving Axess alone letting him get a good look at himself in the reflective glass he was a small black koi with crimson stripes, dark purple fins, and two silver spots around his gray eyes.
"So this is what a painted shadow koi looks like interesting," said a new voice causing Axess to look around startled. "Relax I'm in your head theirs nothing to find." The voice said leaving Axess confused. "Again relax I'm a small spirit copy of your predecessor that he made and attached to his skill before he moved on, so I'm here to help call me I.V. but first think the word summary."
