1 A Drip of Water

Drip...

A timeless rhythm that echos through our ears. Bouncing forever inside our mind as each drop of water falls crashing to a surface.

Drip...

A breath of fresh air that welcomes us to the end of a storm, a reminder that the sun shall shine once again even in the darkest of times.

Drip...

Like a beating heart it always there reminding us of life. Reminding us of a simpler time. A time when we needn't worry over the winds, the days, or the path we were soon to follow. Instead we followed the path true to our heart and having a bit of fun while we're at it as well.

Drip...

A sound that rings in the air even if not a soul is there to hear it. A sound we know from the end of rain, a sound that echoes around my being.

A sound that my tears make as they crash upon the ground...
