439 Chapter 439: Not doing anything wrong

That was when she heard it- the faint sound of screams coming from the path leading to the alpha's house. Her eyes widened in shock. The first thing that came to her mind was the children. Without thinking too much about the consequences Luna took off towards the direction, reeling in every bit of speed that her body could offer her. 

What awaited her was not a pretty sight. Blood was splattered throughout the road, dripping down the leaves of the low branches of the undergrowth. Thankfully she didn't come across any bodies- yet. The sounds were much closer now. Luna slipped into the forest cover, keeping at her path.
