"Ungh!" Luna grunted in pain as her back hit the rock-hard ground. 

The corner of Kirk's mouth raised into a smirk, baring a sharp fang at her. The goddess glared at him, annoyed at his brash way of handling her. She had let him carry her out, not wanting to expose herself to the pack. But the man was being too much. Though she was relieved that his hands were not all over her anymore, he had dropped her to the ground without a warning, tossing her aside like a stack of hay. 

As murmurs rose around the two of them, the man simply turned and walked away, becoming one with the crowd. The goddess raised her eyes towards the group of people that formed a circle around her, their hostile gazes fixed on her seemingly helpless form.
