(So just some info for the readers, the tattoo on his hand is just a "display". The actual granted power is part of his soul, so cutting off his hand would not take away his powers. 

He is not aware of where he gets some of his powers, I am adding the names in for you guys so you know his boost is justified.)

I can feel various streams of my mutant energy flowing into my soul as the differing colours fill.

As they fill I can feel myself gaining Omega-level powers, this is something new to me, before when I copied a power I would only gain it at the current peak. So Charlers with Alpha level Telepathy I would receive at Peak Alpha, but all these powers seem to be at their highest possible limit.

Another strange thing is that I seem to be gaining powers from people who have not yet activated the X gene, and also at the Omega-level.

As the colors are filled I can feel the powers associated with each one.

The Blue (Nightcrawler & Blink) one allows me to use Teleport and Portal,

the Red (Blindfold & Felicia) one allows me to use Probability manipulation (Active), Tychokinesis (passive), Probability manipulation (passive),

the Purple (Self & Elixir) one allows me to use Power Amplification, Biokinesis, Heal,

the Orange (Charles & Blindfold) one allows me to use Astral Travel, Astral Projection, Possession, Psychometry, Precognition (like spiderman), Retrocognition, Reality warp immunity, Resurrection (Elixir),

the Yellow (Charles & Jean) one allows me to use Telepathy (All), Telekinesis, Empathy, and Self-Resurrection,

the Green (Tempus & Sway) allows me to use Time stop (24hrs), Time Acceleration (1min = 10 yrs), Time travel (24hrs in the past atm), Step outside time, Time Replay, 

the middle one I have no clue about as it has stayed the same although I can feel I have become a lot more powerful physically.

It is at this moment I notice I gathered a crowd, looking about me most of the more powerful mutants have gathered, I can only assume each power I gained was like the birth of a new Omega-level mutant.

"So, you guys all done with your stuff then?"

I feel a strange prickling behind me and move my head as I notice Jean's hand missing me.

"Hey, stop that, you're getting very physical lately," I grumble.

Jean huffs as I notice all eyes are still on me.

"I consolidated a lot of my powers," I say as I hover off the roof and float down to the floor beneath while I pull the tattoo equipment with me. I feel I am lacking in the physical aspect, so I am running idea's through my mind as I move to a chair and sit.

I know Ink was tattooed with a phoenix that actually gave him access to the phoenix force, with that in mind and trying my best to ignore those who are still watching me I begin inking.

I can feel the energy draining out as I start the process, I am not aiming as high as a phoenix but damn this is draining, I was going to do another one after this but there is no chance anymore.

The others seem confused by the symbol, which makes sense, I got this one from my counterpart. He was amazed at this "villain's" survivability, something his entire world saw.

When I came to the end of it I was sweating and wondering if I did this right, I was trying for someone with a power that gave me high survivability but I never expected it would come close to making me collapse.

As I finish and expect to feel the new powers the tattoo ink starts to move from my left shoulder and run down to the middle colour, it seeps in and while I can still see my image, I see the icon I inked in the background.

Power seems to rush into my body as I watch sharp bone formations like claws take shape on each of my knuckles, I can feel pure power and warmth running through my body as any old injuries are healing.

I relax my hand and my bone claws retract, I can sense that if I wanted, I could actually extend them a few meters.

I stretch and hear many of my bones clicking and freakily I think some moved.

I smirk to myself as now I feel ready to start taking actions I had delayed solely because I was worried about anti-mutant weapons affecting me. With this body, it feels like it would no longer be an issue.

"You look scary when you do that, you know, " Felicia comments as I notice she has been lying behind me sunbathing this whole time. This woman likes her Feline side way too much.

I was initially going to be the mastermind type leader, but with these changes, I find I might be more suited to Magneto's style of leadership, although he has been known to use lower-level mutants as cannon fodder before, just not in this timeline.

Hm, feeling my new powers I am surprised, I don't think my counterpart realized how powerful that creature was.

(Keep in mind these are not at full power as part of his creation was that he adapt/evolve as he fights and or dies) 

Transparent (pale blue) - Self-Evolution, Immortality, Invulnerability, Energy Resistance, Energy Absorption, Regeneration, Superhuman Strength, Super-Leaping, Superhuman Stamina, Superhuman Speed (Speed force), Self-Sustenance. Claws, Venomous and Extendable Claws, Enhanced Senses, Telescopic Vision.

Well now, this is going to make the lab rescue a lot more fun.

Eric is finally unable to hold back and comes over asking about the lab and rescuing his daughter's clone. I let him know I have changed my approach, I will be going to the lab myself so that I can use a portal to bring the entire building with the mutants once I have taken care of the scum.

He just needs to be ready to connect up all the electricals and with Beast and Toad make sure there are no tracers.

I am fully aware some of the nurses there are good people, who in the future will give their lives to help children they clone to escape so I plan to scan them all. It is not ideal but I am not going to kill people who do not deserve it. I can memory wipe them instead.

I actually feel excited about this, the feeling of power is intoxicating, and it could easily take you down the wrong path if you let it.

I speed down to the pit where the lab will be and notice how my speedster colour has changed from red to yellow. I assume this is due to my increase in strength as I have not spent enough time studying the Speed Force for it to be related to my understanding of it.

"Well let's see what I am going to get myself into," I mumble as I step outside the timeline and watch it, a lot like a movie reel, everything seems to be going really well as I watch myself cleaning out the lab, as I get to the lower level I see myself come face to face with a very large monster of a man dressed in red armor, and he is running straight for me.

"Awww crap" Who the hell hires Juggernaught as security, I mean he is probably doing it just because he gets to stick it to mutants, this is going to make things fun.

The issue I have now is that although I have this timeline as a guide, it will change, the moment it is seen it will change in small ways, but at least I have an idea of what I am going to be facing.

I have a few ideas about how to contain him, but I need my first confrontation to be something that says not to mess with me, I am too powerful for you to mess with.

The issue is that this is Juggernaut, and let's be honest, the man is the definition of a human steamroller.
