The spar of Monsters

"Let's see if you can avoid this one as well."

Luo Yi whirled around just in time to avoid another attack and they came face to face with each other. 

A tiny movement and a small dagger appeared in her hands. 

She slashed the dagger across Luo Yi's face while in the motion. Luo Yi leaned her head back to dodge the incoming dagger and prepared to do a roundhouse kick at the same time. 

Luo Yi felt her foot kicked onto something and the woman was sent flying but Luo Yi had not managed to fully dodge the dagger. 

The thin line appeared on the skin of her cheek before thick crimson blood poured out of the gap between the muscle tissue. 

The woman had crashed onto the wall beside the bed with a loud thud, creating a dent behind her. She then fell on the nightstand, crushing it along with her as she crumpled on the floor. 

The dagger had clattered out of her hand and skit far away.
