A Little Truth

"Hey, sleeping beauty. How long are you planning to sleep?"

Luo Yi fought back the instinctive blush as she was caught red-handed and squeezed herself smaller, still planning on ignoring him. 

"Come on, I know you are not sleeping," Chuckling, he slowly slipped off his boots and placed it silently on the side, trying not to make any noise at all. 

"Still not talking?" Caleb drawled out, he had climbed onto the bed. The mattress dipped as his knee landed on it. 

"Go away…" Luo Yi murmured and Caleb raised an eyebrow as he had not expected a response. 

Luo Yi closed her eye and burrowed into the blanket, this time she was the one receiving no reply. 

The mattress was no longer dipping in one side as Caleb had taken his knee off it. 

Frowning at the sudden silence, she slipped her head out from the blankets and almost jumped in surprise as gray eyes blinked at her.
