Or at least, that's the case in theory. In actuality, most residents of the Capitol tend to stay in their small groups, too poor and sickly to afford even an interplanetary trip. The opportunity for better lives available to them, the means not. Technology exists to cure nearly every known disease, enhance the body to a superhuman degree, and create paradise - but only those at the very top have access to it. PANDEMONIUM follows the unlikely group set on dismantling the elites that control this broken utopia - with a loudmouthed tinkerer leading them (or so he thinks).
