1 A love scene

Peter looks Pam deep in her big almond eyes. Her eyes said all that was on her mind. It explained the reason why she was hold back her tears. She deeply loved Peter but she could not be with him because she was marrying someone chosen for her by her parents. She loved Peter but she also did not want to disrespect her parents

This was the last time she would see Peter. Tonight she would be handed to a man she barely knows and early morning she would leave for another town-to start a new life. She would forget her allayer, Peter.

"Let's run away my dear Pam," Peter said holding Pam close to his chest.

Pam pushed him away slightly.

"I cannot. If I run away, I would disappoint my parents. I love you but..." Pam paused and sighed heavily.

"But what?"Peter asked.

"I cannot be with you."

Tears rolled down her pink cheeks.She did not want to say those words. They hurt her more than they hurt Peter.

" Then you do not truly love me,Pam. You love this man they have chosen for you. Is it because I have no money? Is it because I'm nothing more but a carpenter? Maybe you are ashamed of what people will think if they see a carpenter with a princess? "Peter said.

He was not ready to loose his first love.

Pam tried to reach for Peter's cheek but she slaps her hand away in anger.

" No! "Peter said angrily," Go back to your palace ! Go get married to another man. Have passionate intimacy with him every night and for get about me. Go! "

More tears rolled down Pam's cheeks. She took two steps back from Peter and ran into the woods. Peter sat down, put his hands on his face and wept for his Love.
