Suppliers

Charlotte and Greg looked into various suppliers within the city, but their efforts were met with rejections and reluctance, especially from those who feared getting involved with the Dangal family. Each call seemed to be more disheartening than the last, and Charlotte felt the weight of the situation bearing down on her. She knew that finding a suitable partner within the city was becoming increasingly challenging.

By the afternoon, Charlotte and Greg sat in her office, going over the list of potential suppliers they had contacted. Frustration was evident on their faces.

"We've reached out to almost every supplier in the city, and it's been the same story over and over again," Greg remarked with a sigh. "They either reject us outright or come up with excuses to avoid working with us."

Charlotte leaned back in her chair, her mind racing with thoughts and possibilities. "It seems like Ms. Olivia's influence is spreading wider than I anticipated," she said, her voice calm but with a layer of tiredness. "I don't want to compromise the research by prolonging this. We may need to start looking for supplier from outside the city."

Greg nodded in agreement. "I understand, Ms. Evans but the Dangal family does not only hold influence in the city."

As they brainstormed ideas, Greg suddenly brought up an interesting topic. "Ms. Evans, have you heard of the Walker family?" he asked.

Charlotte looked intrigued and puzzled by the sudden question. "I have heard of them, but it's been years since I've been in X City, so I'm not that aware of the current happenings."

Greg continued, "Recently, the granddaughter of Senior Walker has been suffering from some complications, and they've been seeking medical help from doctors all over the country. The Walker family is well-known for their business in medicine."

Charlotte's interest was piqued. "You mentioned they're having trouble diagnosing her condition. Even you were stumped?" she asked, Mr. Greg used to be in the same class as her in University though she stopped on her first year due to her wanting to be a wife for David. Mr. Greg was well known in the field of neuropsychiatrist and he is well known in the city.

Greg nodded, concern etched on his face. "Yes, I went to take a look at the child's ailment, but sadly, I too couldn't determine the cause of her illness. It's a complex case."

Charlotte nodded, feeling a renewed sense of determination. "Alright. Can you set up a meeting with the Walker family?"

Greg smiled "I'll do my best to set up a meeting."
