#2 Making Friends

Seryl is taken to her next class which is PE. The PE teacher quickly takes attendance and sends his students to go change their outfits in the locker room. On their return and he tells them to partner up and stand in front of him. Seryl stays at the back as she is new and doesn't know anyone. A girl almost the same height as Seryl with a slim waist walks up to Seryl.

"Hey, do you want to be partners?"

"Uhh, sure"

"Wha-" The PE teacher interrupts their conversation. "You and your partner will do each exercise that I will demonstrate with each other's help". He finishes to demonstrate and he puts the timer on and tells them to do the exercises.

During the exercise, Seryl's partner starts a conversation with her.

"So what's your name?"

"Seryl and you?"

"Kendra, nice to meet you". Seryl chuckles as she gets back to doing the exercise thinking to herself *I guess I will make friends after all*. The bell rang for their next class, Kendra ran up to Seryl and asked.

"What is your next class?"

I got lunch and y-" Kendra didn't let seryl finish her sentence she immediately held her on her shoulders like they were close friends.

"Same I got lunch too you can come to sit with my friends and I". Seryl nervously smiled as she nodded.

Seryl is an introvert and is not great at making new friends excerpt the person makes the first move to talk to her like Kendra did and when she gets comfortable with the person, she can be the biggest extrovert when she wants to.

At the cafeteria, Kendra takes Seryl to a table and places both their bags on the seats then goes to the line to get food while chit-chatting. Seryl and Kendra could barely finish their chats because a lot of people kept greeting and distracting Kendra along the way. Seryl thinks to herself, *Kendra knows a lot of people and is way too friendly will we be good friends?*

On returning to their sits Seryl sees 7 pretty girls sitting at the table and talking. She looks confused at first but when she saw Kendra smiling at them she knew they were Kendra's friends.

"Seryl let me introduce you to my friends, The guys of the group are sitting at the other table" Kendra points to the table on her left. Then turned back to the table they were sitting on "Guys this is my new friend her name is Seryl we met at PE" Her friends wave their hands towards Seryl's direction and Seryl waves back nervously as her mouth opened and removed a silent "Hi" while waving back at them.
