19 Her Plan Of Escape.

Ariel was the one to kiss Carter unintentionally, the last time she came into his room but this time Carter did the kissing.

The kiss they shared together the last time was more affectionate and passionate than the one they were sharing now. Ariel didn't like it because it was wrong of her to be kissing her sister's mate when the both of them had finally patched things up and became friends after years of holding grudges against each other.

Carter kissed her and tried shoving his tongue down her throat but Ariel resisted him. Does he not give a fuck if Avril comes into the room suddenly and find the both of them that way on the night of her mating ceremony with him?.

Carter didn't give a damn due to the way he was busy trying to shove his tongue down her throat, not minding whether Avril was going to catch the both of them or not.

After so many attempts of getting her to part her lips open for his tongue to twine with hers which failed, Carter then tried another tactic by grabbing her ass, which resulted in Ariel hitting him.

Pah!.

And that slap did the magic for her because he broke the kiss immediately by himself after the slap followed, His saucy blue eyes peered into hers as if searching  for something.

He was really searching for something, the reason why Ariel hit him. Does Ariel not love him anymore?.

Ariel wiped her lips roughly to get rid of Carter's scent on her, while bemused Carter watched her in silence as she was wiping her lips.

His brows knitted, Ariel doesn't love him anymore.

"Don't ever try this again, Carter, I'm warning you for the last time" Ariel warned, her tone was low and her soul gladdened.

She has wanted to hit him, right after the day he caught her banging Avril and now she finally got the opportunity. She wasn't feeling anything for him anymore so he should know that.

The slap would also help her deliver the message to him clearly.

His hand travelled up to his face, the particular side Ariel hit. And He smiled which amused Ariel. Why was someone she hit smiling?. Has he lost his senses?.

"You will regret this Ariel" His hand pointed to her face, as he found his way out of the room. That was actually the first time Ariel has ever hit him. 

She didn't mean to, but she had to, due to the fact he was misbehaving, even on the day of his mating ceremony with her sister.

Ariel was still wiping her lips to get rid of Carter's scent on hers, when Avril came into the room. Avril stopped on sighting Ariel wiping her lips roughly as if she kissed faeces mistakenly.

"Did you kiss dog poop?" The question was directed to Ariel who was busy wiping her lips and not knowing when Avril came into the room.

Ariel turned and saw Avril and let out a gasp out of shock, and quickly turned to the side to prevent Avril from staring at her face further. 

If Avril finds out Carter kissed her, then she was going to be dead meat.

"What's up with you?" Avril questioned again, moving closer to her, Ariel raised her hand swiftly observing Avril coming closer which Avril obeyed and stopped in her tracks.

"I'm fine, I just bit my lips unintentionally" Ariel blurted, those were the only words she could wrap around her head at that strict moment. 

Forgive Ariel, guys, for she sucks at lying.

Ariel made up that silly lie, but unfortunately for her, Avril didn't believe it at all. Ariel knew Avril was going to press on further with questions so she intended to leave the room but stopped when Avril told her to wait.

"Wait!" Ariel stopped in her tracks, on hearing Avril's voice from behind, telling her to wait. She tried controlling her body from quivering, but her body never listens to her whenever she needs it.

"Carter came in here, didn't he?" Ariel gulped and could hear her heart, beating so loud the moment Avril dropped that question that it could actually bust out of her chest, her body trembling nervously, beads of hot sweat formed at the top of her head.

If Avril finds out she kissed Carter, then she is going to be dead. But wait, a minute, Carter was the one who kissed her and not her. But technically, they still kissed, so if Avril finds out, she was still going to be the one all the blame would land on.

As usual.

What was Ariel going to say?If she lies, then it was going to be the worst due to the fact, Carter's scent was all over the room. Many thoughts raced to and fro in her unsettled mind.

"Yes he did, and left right after picking something up" Ariel lied through her teeth, steadying her quivering body and added a little smile to her face to pursue the nervosity off.

Avril stared at her bluntly, incredulity was written on her bare face. With the way Ariel was behaving, she suspected something must have happened between her and Carter.

There was no way Carter would have come into the room to pick something up without the both of them talking or doing something else, but she didn't want to press on further.

Scared, she may lose the little sisterly relationship she started with Ariel if she proceeded with her questions. Ariel may have always known her as a bad sister who snatched her boyfriend from her sister.

But Avril still got some good living inside of her too which Ariel clearly couldn't acknowledge because of the hatred she has towards her.

Avril has always wanted to be friends with Ariel but had no idea on how to approach her, knowing how much Ariel hated her.

The opportunity came knocking on the door by itself, the moment Ariel told her Carter was all hers, which made her embrace Ariel. 

She has always crushed on Carter secretly when he and Ariel were still dating, but since, she and Avril didn't move along with each other. She seduced Carter in which he fell for her in the process but she was actually surprised that Carter would ever cheat on Ariel. 

Avril also fell for him too and luckily for her, Carter turned out to be her mate.

She waved the thought of Ariel and Carter off her mind but couldn't help but to tell Ariel to wait again when she had reached the door.

"Wait" She moved to the door and sniffed Ariel. Carter's scent was all over the room but the one coming off from Ariel's body was two folds stronger than the one in the room.

Avril's curiously got the best of her so she continued sniffing Ariel. She wanted to ask Ariel whether Carter touched her or if they did something stupid, but the words wouldn't come.

His scent was all over Ariel, especially on her lips. The both of them definitely kissed, Avril was 100% sure. She could see the nervosity warming up in Ariel's eyes. That was the reason Ariel was wiping her lips when she came into the room.

Ariel wanted to wipe Carter's scent off, she was smart but not smart enough.

Avril's knuckles balled to a fist, her wolf, Maya, was on the edge. It wanted to rip Ariel apart into pieces for touching her mate. Ariel needed no one to tell her she was in trouble all because of Carter again.

Tension was in the air, Ariel could actually see the fury in Avril's eyes. Avril knows she and Carter shared a kiss.

And just as Avril opened her mouth to speak, two females revealed themselves in their presence.

"The mating ceremony is about to begin, and we were both sent to dress you up for it" the two females announced and a bow followed immediately.

Avril forced her eyes shut, releasing her balled fists and forced her wolf Maya back in before it could finally emerge. They would both deal with Ariel but not now, maybe after their mating ceremony.

Ariel released a deep breath, the one she was holding in when Avril sniffed her.

Avril glared at her before going back into the room with the two females accompanying her.

And without wasting time, Ariel dashed out of the room swiftly for her precious life, the little sisterly friendship they once had was no more. It has been terminated, all thanks goes to Carter for that. 

There was no need for her to stay in the sundown midnight pack house anymore, the best thing she could do for herself was to escape at least, before the mating ceremony ends and Avril comes searching for her.

Ariel knew that search would be the end of her, but she wouldn't just leave like that. She was going to watch the mating ceremony, and then escape when it was going to come to an end.

That would be her plan of escape.
