1 Chapter 1 Arnis

Chirp~ chirp~

Ahhhh ~

"It's now summer break huh"

He looked around his room for a while before realizing something.

''Now that I said it, even though it's summer break, I really have nothing to do. Even though I want to go to the beach with my friends to have some fun, for some reason I feel like it's bothersome.'' Lyn said.

After a long while he decided:

"Meh, I'm just going to watch some TV to relieve my boredom. Since I've got nothing to do anyway"

Lyn jumped onto the couch grabbing the TV remote beside him. Seeing a bag of chips beside him he reached out for it, opened it, and pulled a chip out in the process.

''Hello everyone this is Morning News, today we are talking about the new virtual reality game called Arnis. Which is created by the Arnis Group."

"Arnis?" Lyn said. While munching his potato chips.

"Oh that Virtual Reality game that everyone is talking about?" said reporter 1

"Yes, they say that the game is supeeer~ realistic, it's like they got transported to another world." Said reporter 2

Hmmm interesting, should I buy one?... Never mind, I'm going to buy one right now to see if it's really true or not. Lyn then hurriedly finished his potato chips, changed his clothes, and went straight to the mall.

.....

Oh right, it may be late, but let me explain the virtual reality game Arnis,

Arnis is a virtual reality massively-multiplayer online game developed by the Arnis Group, regulated by the supercomputer Raphael. It has a player base of 2 billion people. Arnis's system is configured to allow users to discover and develop themselves.

There is no such thing as a customer service center, and so Arnis's 2 billion users have been developing the world by pioneering and exchanging information on their own. Players log on to the game through a capsule or headset. A fee must be paid at regular intervals.

Now let's go back to the story.

When Lyn arrived at the mall he was astonished by the group of people lining up for the new virtual reality game called Arnis.

But it was understandable since the VR game is technically like a real-world inside the game.

Who would not be excited after hearing all that introduction of the game? Wait... Why am I saying that it's like a real-world like experience even though I just said earlier I will try it if it's real or not? Oh well.

But I never thought that there would be a lot of people waiting for the game to be sold, man I suddenly feel like there is an idol in the game shop that people are waiting in line rather than a game.

A couple of hours later...

"Whew, I finally got it after waiting in the line for several hours, now then the only thing left is to play the game and see if it's truly worth the wait." Lyn said while smiling, "I can't wait to try it."

After a few minutes of walking, Lyn finally got into his house and headed straight to his room, and prepared the necessary equipment for the VR game.

"Ok, I'm ready." Lyn thought to himself.

Then Lyn shouted "Game start"

Suddenly his vision started to black out and then he was transported into a black space with only him around.

"Where is this place?" Lyn said anxiously.

Just when he was about to panic, a 'ding' sound suddenly filled the black space, and the sound of the system welcoming him.

Welcome to the world of Arnis!
